Reliance Business Solutions, a woman
owned business since 2005 is focused on
creating a cost effective way for business
owners to do business when processing
credit cards, regardless of the industry
they are in. When Diann Donaldson first
opened her business she worked out of
the trunk of her car. Without the support
of her husband, Cliff and her children,
she never would have been able to set
off on her own.
Since that time, she has added agents
across the region and Ohio. Dave Collins,
Judi Robbins, Cathy Aikins, Andy
Raptosh Dave Smith and Briston
Baughman have brought expertise to the
business and have allowed the business
to grow at a remarkable speed.
Seated Left Judi Robbins ATM Division Mgr. and Merchant Service Agent and Owner, Diann Donaldson
Standing Left Jennifer Codeluppi, Lynn Grimes, Cathy Yurkovich, GRC Board Members and Dave Collins,
Merchant Advisor Serving Western PA/Ohio
“We have a wonderful team in place”, stated Donaldson. “Our focus and mission is it is not what
you make; it is what you get to keep. We tell our clients this and we live by that motto. We treat
every client with integrity and honesty. We treat everyone as if they were family. We know each
client by name. They are not a number, which is unique in this type of industry.”

The customer base has changed greatly. As a cashless society the business owner has to accept
credit cards to survive. Reliance Business Solutions ensures that each client gets the best pricing
available. If you own a business, Reliance Business Solutions can do business with you.
Offering more than merchant services, Reliance Business Solutions provides IPAD POS Systems,
Municipal Gateways, ATMS, gift/loyalty, inventory management, mobile solutions, and more.
Diann is on the Executive Board for MVRCC, a Member of Mon Valley Networking and is active
with the Greater Rostraver Chamber and volunteers with the CREW Missions, Inc. Reliance
Business Solutions is currently the exclusive processor for Belle Vernon Area Credit Union,
MVRCC & Norwin Chamber.

Learn More About Cedar Creek Dog Park Plans at a Public Meeting
The Westmoreland County Bureau of Parks and Recreation is hosting a public meeting on Thursday, February 19, at
6:30 pm to discuss plans for a dog park and other potential facilities at Cedar Creek County Park in Rostraver Township.
The meeting will take place at the Rostraver Township Municipal Building, located at 201 Municipal Drive, Belle Vernon,
near the entrance to Cedar Creek Park.
The purposes of the meeting are two-fold. The first is to evaluate both need and residents’ desire for a new dog park and
other potential new facilities at Cedar Creek Park. The second is to seek input from potential users regarding the design
and layout of the proposed dog park that is being considered as a possible addition to Cedar Creek Park. Potential rules
of operation for the dog park will be reviewed as will plans for the upcoming 2015 March for Parks, a fundraising event
that focuses on funding new park and trail facilities in Westmoreland County.
At this year’s March for Parks, hosted at Cedar Creek on Saturday, March 28, we are showcasing our proposed Cedar
Creek Dog Park. In support of the dog park and to help fund it we are encouraging dogs and dog owners to enter the
March. To register for the March or obtain additional information visit the parks website at www.co.westmoreland.pa.us/
