第二屆國際鉬市場發展論壇
18 November 2014 2014年11月18日
Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai 上海浦東香格里拉大酒店
2014 has been a better year for the global molybdenum industry,
with international prices well supported by economic recovery and
healthy demand growth from European markets. China’s potential
changes on its resources tax regime and export tax and quotas,
new supply from both primary and by-product projects around the
globe, and improved international trading flows between China and
International markets have all contributed towards a much brighter
picture for the molybdenum industry.
Metal Bulletin Events’ 2nd Molybdenum Market Forum – also one
of the official events of CESCO’s Asia Copper Week - returns as the
warm-up to the main Asia Copper Conference, and will gather
molybdenum and ferro-molybdenum producers, traders, stainless
steel mills and other related bodies from around the globe for an
intensive one day event to discuss the hot topics facing the industry.
Key topics to be discussed:
•Latest developments in China’s resources taxes regime and changes
on export tax & quota - timeline on those new policies to be put
into practice, and how they will influence the industry
•Molybdenum mining projects and new concentrates supply
from China
•Production from primary and by-product mines in the West
