AUDREY SCKOROPAD
Audrey Sckoropad has always enjoyed sharing her
passions, favourite things and discoveries. She first
stepped into the public eye on the TV show BO2 on
MusiquePlus and has never lost her desire to communicate. A young entrepreneur, model for Folio Montr al
Agency, and accomplished mom to a little girl, Sky, she
fully represents the young active woman.
Bubbly, curious and natural, Audrey has been vegan for
many years. She is certified by L’Institut de Formation
Naturopathique du Qu bec and by Cornell University in
Whole Food Plant Based Diet’. In Antidotes Magazine,
she will attempt to demistify vegan practices, too often
tinged with negative stereotypes. Conversely , she and her
contributors will devote themselves fully to shed light on
this way of living, it’s simplicity and benefits, all with
humour, energy and passion. She is particularly stimulated by living food and all forms of alternative nutrition.

PhD Student
Doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at the
University Sherbrooke , Jade -Isis Lefebvre is a real
bohemian , passionate about sports and escaping.
Being a great lover of traveling, she likes helping
others live better and connect with their inner-self,
which she does brilliantly when teaching yoga and
mediation. Jade was a high-performance athlete and
she still maintains an active life by surrounding
herself with elite athletes and sports teams. She is
also an ambassador for Oakley and co-founder of an
athletic Instagram account with her sister
(@afteratglete).
sabelle Guilbert
Therapist in energy treatments
As a trained therapist, Isabelle is passionate about
everything related to spirituality , communication
with the mind and inner well-being . The desire to
transmit her knowledge pushed her to further her
learnings, mainly via her weekly radio show
“Ouverture du coeur” on Radio VersaStyle. She also
helps people who are looking for physical and
emotional stability.

Family Homeopath
Manon Bellavance , is a greatly passionate about
nature and fresh air. Living on a farm on Mountain St.
Fortunat, she always cultivated her love for medicinal
and nourishing plants. Having low blood sugar , she
turned to the plants as alternatives to traditional
medicine , a transition that allowed her to regain
some balance and well-being. She has been part of
the Herboth que school founded by Dani le
Laberge for many years and she will share with
Antidotes her love for this world filled with mysteries
and surprises.
After 6 years of university studies in English literature
and translation, Ingrid makes the switch to
Homeopathy, which she starts in 1999. Having grown
up surrounded by alternative medicine, yoga,
meditation, healthy and vegetarian nutrition,
Ayurveda, acupuncture... homeopathie seemed like
the logical road to take for Ingrid who finds in it a
passion that she shares through consultations,
conferences, humanitary work and through articles
for Passeport Santé and various magazines. (Bébé,
junior, Grossesse, Mieux-être, JMagazine, ect.)

Nutritionist
Danielle was trained in contemporary dancing for 8 years, which
allowed her to travel all around the world living this dream. Serious
health issues force her to abandon this lifestyle and radically
change her way of living. In the past 17 years, Danielle has managed
to heal herself by studying end experimenting with different
natural approaches such as macrobiotics, ayurveda , symptomatology, the psychology of eating and herbology . Today. she is founder
and director of the nutritional services at Centre Aekuus: center for
physical education and preventive health. She works with adults
and adolescents in private consulting, she teaches mouvement and
nutrition at l’ cole Sup rieure du Ballet du Qu bec as well as
giving constant trainings in health and holistic nutrition. Danielle
is also a yoga instructor and the head nutrition consultant at
JMagazine, Jacynthe Ren ’s online magazine.

Legal Mentions
The applicable insertion order (the "insertion order") current price grid and publications to which
the time of submission relates ("Publication") and current advertising specifications in place at that
time are incorporated herein by explicit reference terms and are collectively the "Convention" . The
people, firms or that conclude a contract with the Monolith Network (“The Editor”) for the insertion
of an advertisement in the publication either as principal (the "Advertiser" ) or agent (the " Agency"),
are deemed duly authorized for all purposes covered by this present Convention.
Billing and payments
a) The Advertiser and the Agency shall be jointly and severely liable for all payments and invoices for
advertising publiched in the publication.
b) The Advertiser and/or the Agency must pay their advertisement buys in advance unles otherwise
approved by the publishing credit department. In this case, the Advertiser and/or Agency (as
appropriate) must pay all amounts due upon receipt of the invoice.
c) The publisher sends an invoice to the Advertiser or Agency once a month unless otherwise
specified in the insertion order.
d) The Publisher reserves the right to charge a 2% late fee per month (26,8% a year) on all late
payments from the date of the first invoice untile the date when the publisher receives full payment
of the amounts due.
e) The amounts billed shall be payable at the Publications’ offices in Canadian currency or equivalent
funds at the rate of exchange prevailing at the time of payment.
f) The Publisher reserves the righ to change the payment terms at anytime by requiring a payment
by cash at the time of presentation of the insertion order.
Cancellation
a) The cancellation of the agreement by the Advertiser or Agency is subject to approval by the Editor,
in it’s sole discretion. No cancellations will be accepted by the publisher after the deadline for
advertising space. Early termination fees will be applied by all cancellations made by the advertiser
or the agency.
b) The Publisher may, at his discretion, terminate this agreement in case of breach with it’s terms.
Upon termintation of the convention by reason of a breach, all expenses and the early termination
fee will immediatly be due.
Promotionial Materials
a) All advertising copy is subject to approval of the Editor and Publisher may without notice or
liability, reject, suspend or omit any advertising for any reason and at all times.
Warranties, Compensations and Limits
a) The Advertiser and the Agency both guarantee and declare the following to the Editor: (i) they have
all the rights and powers that allows them to offer the material of the Advertiser to the Editor and to
condlude the present Convention. (li) the material of the Advertiser does not contain defamatory
elements and will not contravene to the rights of anybody, including the rights on intelectual
property, privacy, advertising or personality of anybody. (iii) they have obtained all consentment,
waivers, releases and rights needed to use advertising material published in the publication as
described in each of the warrants.
b) The Advertiser and the Agency will be jointly liable for all the content (including text,
representation and illustrations) of any advertising printed. The Advertiser and the Agency shall
jointly and severally indemnify the Editor, it’s related corporations and their officers, directors,
employees, contractors and agents of any liablity or expeses, including legal fees arising from a
breach of this agreement or resulting from the publication or another us of materials of the
Advertiser, including, but not limited to, the diffamation, illegal competition, or ilegal commercial
practices, trademark infringement, commercial names or author rights and the breach of privacy
rights, property or contractual rights.
c) The Publisher shall not be liable for errors or omissions in the material provided by the Advertiser
or Agency (including errors in key numbers) or any changes to such advertising after the deadline
therein applied.
d) The Advertiser and the Agency agree that the publication shall have no liability for failure for any
reason whatsoever, to publish an advertisement or distribute part of the publication.
General
a) If the Agency has entered this agreement on behalf of the Advertiser, the Agency confirms that the
advertiser received a copy of the present terms.
b) This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties covering the subject matter
hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings earlier related to the subject matter
herein. Any changes to this convention shall applu only if it is in writing and signed by the party to
be bound by such a change.
c) To clarify, the Publisher shall not be bound by any conditions, in print or otherwise, appearing on
contracts, vouchers or instructions of the Advertiser or Agency, coming into conflict with these terms
or representing an alternative or addition to these.
