New Delhi, 28 March - 3 April, 2016
MANN KI BAAT has become the most popular radio programme of rural India
S.S.Dogra
"The patriot, dedicated
leader, Teacher, Scholar,
Artist, Sportsperson &
Journalist are very important pillars of any nation or
civilization. Because the
past, present and future of
any country moves on the
axis of
them only, their
contribution remain the
asset forever for the whole
society."
Yes this quotation seems
fit for our Prime Minister
Narender Modi. Because
he possess patriotism,
dedication to lead his
country with passion, intellectuality, sports enthusiasm,
vision MAKE IN
INDIA club together.
In
his last radio programme
'Mann Ki Baat', our
Hon’ble Prime Minister
also asked the farming
community to use less fertilizers and more modern
technology,
like
the
Farmers' App, for their
benefit. P.M. Modi ji really talks from the core of the
heart & he is the rare combination of commitment &
patriotism for the great
nation INDIA. In his talk
show aired on 27th March,
2016 is yet another motivational lecture with a
glimpse of patriotism &
keen passion towards his
country.
He is more concerned with
every Indian & always talk
about country growth. He
not only talks but also acts
& implments his thought
for the entire development
of India. Extract from his
last speech
“With the board exams
over, PM observed that
people travel a lot during
the holidays. He said this
was important and urged
the youth to learn outside
the classroom as well. PM
said that a traveller without
observation is a bird without wings hence everyone
must observe, click pictures and then write about
it. PM said, "Don't waste
your holidays, utilise them.
Learn a new activity. Polish
your skills, teach others,
develop a skillfull India.
Utilise your holiday time for
personal growth and dont
waste it by getting lazy.
Learning should not ever
stop." “He spoke about
India hosting the FIFA
Under-17 World Cup football tournament next year
and said it is a great opportunity for branding the
country at the international
level, for hich immense
awareness needs to be
created within the nation. “
Narendra Modi, is usually
expected to address the
nation every month on All
India Radio. Having officially started on and from
October 3, 2014, the programme aims to deliver the
Prime Minister's voice to
the general masses of
India. Since television connection is still not available
everywhere in India, especially in the isolated, rural
and
less
developed
regions, radio was chosen
to be the medium for the
programme, owing to its
wider reach. An estimated
90% of the total Indian
population is reachable
over
the
medium.
Additionally, various private FM radio stations in
the metropolitan cities of
India are allowed to broadcast a recording of the
show.
The first Mann Ki Baat programme was broadcast on
the
occasion
of
Vijaydadashmi
on
3
October 2014, since then
this talk show by P.M. has
become very popular even
in the outskirts. 'Mann Ki
Baat', which was aired on
January 27, 2015 with
Barack
Obama-the
President of the United
States & an another programme aired dedicate to
Teacher day got immense
popularity not in india but
also across the world.
The most important thing is
that with this innovative
idea, P.M. Modi’s accesibility increased tremendously towards his country
men. Radio has gained
greater height with this
nationwide popular programme MAN KI BAAT-(A
TALK-FROM
THE
HEART). India is lucky to
have a leader like Modi- a
man with commitment with
passion to work for India,
really speaks from the
heart & using Radio-the
ultimate platform to reach
at the root level. MAN KI
BAAT has become the
most popular radio programme of rural India,
where a P.M. of big country can share & care for his
countrymen on common
platform.

has made India really

Delhi: Bodybuilding is the
use of progressive resistance exercise to control
and develop one's musculature. An individual who
engages in this activity is
referred to as a bodybuilder. In competitive
amateur and professional
bodybuilding, bodybuilders
appear in lineups doing
specified poses, and later
perform individual posing

judges who rank competitors based on criteria such

Bodybuilders prepare for

Delhi: 16 Diagnostic centres acquired rights to issue
health Certificates from Saudi Arabia on basis of Fake
Licences.
Last week a team from Saudi Arabia visited New Delhi
and awarded rights to issue health Certificates to 16
Diagonostic centre’s on the basis of Fake licenses produced by these Diagonostic centres. Health Department
officials have denied issuing any such medical licenses
to these centres which means that they have used some
sort of Fake licenses. There is an immediate need to
conduct a high level investigation in the matter as to how
on such a scale so many Diagonostic centres have produced fake licences in front of a foreign authority, This
also indicates a nexus between health officials and medical centres. This issue raised by Sh Surinder Solanki

Idle men is devils workshop
Neelakshi chawla
Hello people. I am back with an interesting topic today that is
Idle men is devils workshop.
Intentionally it means work is worship. Being it in summary
those people who don't have a job should find it. And those
who are willing and couldn't find it just trust yourself. Don't
loose hope. Don't panic. Just work hard. U will soon get the
sweet fruit. Just be patient. I know it's tough but u have too.
Unemployment is not only the bigger issue of India but all over
the world. Those people who are not doing anything should
start.
Start with anything. But start. Don't sit idle. Sitting idle will only
provide negivities.
Sitting idle not only reverses you to the past instances but can
make u predict the negative side of your future decisions. That
are seriously not needed.
Otherwise your upcoming generation will ask you, blame you
for everything you don't have. And believe me. That's not optimistic.
It's very important to work. Do anything. Read something.
Write something (like i do) but don't sit idle.
Buy an employment news each Sunday. Search for vacancy.
Opt for them. Get in interviews. Register yourself on so many
websites these days. Get a good job.
For ladies too. Earning is giving backbone to house. Do it. Try
to make your self indulge every moment.
Not its not tough. These days it's best method to get rid of
depression.
So why waiting. Do it and be happy.

Why such hatred for dogs
Satyam Tiwari
Mahatma Gandhi once
said, " The greatness of a
nation and its moral
progress can be judged by
the way its animals are
treated."
He
himself
believed in rearing of animals for their betterment,
after all they too are a
member of this planet, and
they should have the equal
rights to live, as the
humans have. In today's
lifestyle, keeping a pet in
your home has been a
trend or fashion among
people, a cat, a dog, or
birds like parrot can be
seen in every next home
you go in. And also some
people treat animals as a
human, as a family member.
But what if the animals are
not treated even as living
beings? Where can a
nation stand after such
brutal incidents that are

Fashion is a popular style
or practice, especially in
clothing, footwear, accessories, makeup, body or
furniture. Fashion is a distinctive and often habitual
trend in the style in which
a person dresses. It is the
prevailing styles in behaviour and the newest creations of textile designers
because the more technical term costume is regularly linked to the term
"fashion", the use of the
former has been relegated to special senses like
fancy dress or masquerade wear, while "fashion"
generally means clothing,
including the study of it.
Although aspects of fashion can be feminine or
masculine, some trends
are androgynous
Early Western travelers,
whether to Persia, Turkey,
India, China, would frequently remark on the
absence of change in
fashion
there.
The
Japanese Shogun's secretary bragged (not completely accurately) to a
Spanish visitor in 1609
that Japanese clothing
had not changed in over a
thousand
years.[4]
However, there is considerable evidence in Ming
China of rapidly changing
fashions
in
Chinese

time in our country?
The sword is hanging on
the dogs' neck at the
moment. Dog, which is
said to be the most faithful
animal.
Delhi & Banglore reported
killing of puppy dogs brutally, by two individuals,
some time before.
In delhi, a man comes at
night, and show snacks to
the dogs of the street, and
when they come to him,
attracting to the snacks, he
kills them by hitting them
till death by his weapons.
He has not yet been
caught by the police.
While in Banglore, a
woman killed 8 new born
puppies of a Bitch, and
confidently said, ' i had to
take revenge from the
bitch' when asked the reason.
Humans are said to be the
ost Intelligent' species of
the Earth. But what is the
need of such hollow intelligence, that can not let a
small animal to live?
Another phase of this story
occurs in my mind, suppose there were cows,
instead of dogs, what
would've been happen with
the Murderers then? Our
shastras has told us, 'Cow
is the mother' and that's
why there are campaigns
like 'Gau raksha' going on
at a huge level. But the
dogs and other pets are
getting killed by the people,
only because shastras didn't tell us about a relation
with dogs. Why such discrimination!
This should be kept in
mind, that whoever in this
Earth is breathing, should
not be killed like this, just to
remove frustration, or to
take 'revenge'. This hatred
is at a minor level, but it
should be punished, to set
an example, & to restrict
such further incidents.

of the Turks, who introduced clothing styles from
Central Asia and the Far
East. The beginning in
Europe of continual and
increasingly rapid change
in clothing styles can be
fairly
reliably
dated.
Historians,
including
James Laver and Fernand
Braudel, date the start of
Western fashion in clothing to the middle of the
14th century. The most
dramatic early change in
fashion was a sudden
drastic shortening and
tightening of the male
over-garment from calflength to barely covering
the buttocks, sometimes
accompanied with stuffing
in the chest to make it
look bigger. This created
the distinctive Western
outline of a tailored top
worn over leggings or
trousers.
The pace of change
accelerated considerably
in the following century,
and women and men's
fashion, especially in the
dressing and adorning of
the hair, became equally
complex. Art historians
are therefore able to use
fashion with confidence
and precision to date
images, often to within
five years, particularly in
the case of images from
the 15th century. Initially,
changes in fashion led to
a fragmentation across
the upper classes of
Europe of what had previously been a very similar
style of dressing and the
subsequent development
of distinctive national
styles. These national
styles remained very different until a countermovement in the 17th to
18th centuries imposed
similar styles once again,
mostly originating from
Ancien Régime France.
Though the rich usually
led fashion, the increasing
affluence of early modern
Europe led to the bourgeoisie and even peasants following trends at a
Oh Captain! My Captain
A Railway Employee turned a star cricketer, with a midas'
touch in the hands, termed as the most successful captain in
the world cricket. It can be none other than Mahendra Singh
Dhoni. It was the year 2007, during the ODI World Cup in
which India performed very badly, and was knocked out in the
very first round of the tournament. Public had anger in the
head, hence tey had attacked the houses of players, including
a house in the Harmu Housing colony, ranchi. It was
M.S.Dhoni's residence. But he kept calm, didn't utter a world.
Further, he was appointed the captain for T20 Indian squad for
the first T20 world cup ahead. And the man did it, India won the
first T20 world cup by beating Pakistan in the finale under the
captaincy of MSD. And he was cheered by the same crowd, on
the same roads, the man had won the hearts.
Then he became the ODI captain, Test team captain, and
made India the Test team champion after a long.
Records kept on falling in his pocket, experts termed him as
the best finisher. He was known for his cool and calm attitude
on the field. MSD himself said in an interview, 'i try to take the
match to the last over, because i know if we have reached till
the last,wr will win.' Players like Sachin, Sehwag, Gambhir and
other legends praised him a lot, and said he is the best captain
they've played under. Story continues as 2011 World cup was
lifted up by India, after 28 years, under the captaincy of MSD,
and obviously, none can forget the winning shot.
If you want to see a person, who has everything but he isn't
egoistic, a person under pressure, but calm, you can watch
Mahendra Singh Dhoni from Ranchi.
Trend of Fashion
distance, but still uncomfortably close for the elites
– a factor that Fernand
Braudel regards as one of
the main motors of changing fashion.
In the 16th century,
national differences were
at their most pronounced.
Ten 16th century portraits
of German or Italian gentlemen may show ten
entirely different hats.
Albrecht Dürer illustrated
the differences in his actual (or composite) contrast
of
Nuremberg
and
Venetianfashions at the
close of the 15th century
(illustration, right). The
"Spanish style" of the late
16th century began the
move back to synchronicity among upper-class
Europeans, and after a
struggle in the mid-17th
century, French styles
decisively took over leadership, a process completed in the 18th century
A modeling agency is a
company that represents
fashion models, to work
for the fashion industry.
These agencies earn their
income via commission,
usually from the deal they
make with the model and
or the head agency.
The top agencies work
with big-budget advertis-
ing agencies and fashion
designers. They invest
money into developing
their talent so they can
increase their status within the industry. These top
agencies will help train
models, get test shoots,
layout portfolios, and put
together comp cards
(composition photo cards)
and other printed materials models need.
The agencies find work
for models by presenting
them to designers, photographers, and ad agencies. The agencies are
also responsible for booking the jobs, billing for the
jobs, and eventually paying the models for their
time. By handling the
details, an agency allows
a model to focus on modeling and not on the business end.
Because modeling is a
very competitive, fast
moving business that
extends beyond the traditional 9 AM to 5 PM business hours, an agency
generally conducts business 24 hours a day, to
handle emergencies such
as cancellations or rush
jobs. Most agencies have
a service or an operator to
handle emergency issues
after hours.

Holi Quotes of set artists Skill, hard work more important than notoriety: Nargis Fakhri

array of colours and water
and personally I’m very
fond of the festival as it is
said Holi takes away all the
negative energy. As a

special dishes prepared at

and many more which
adds to the excitement of
this colourful festival. This
year on Holi, my family and
I will play a dry Holi. As a

“When I was a kid, me and
my friends used to go to
the terrace with water balloons. We used to wait for
the people to come on the
street so that we can throw
balloons at them. This year
I don't have anything special planned for Holi

Emily Blunt not keen on nudity
Mumbai: Actress Emily Blunt, who is pregnant, says she
will be less inclined to strip down for the camera post
delivery. Blunt’s forthcoming role as Rachel in the film of
thriller “The Girl on the Train” may not be very childfriendly, but asked if motherhood is making her turn
down roles that she would once have accepted, the
actress said: “I think so”.
“Too racy would be one thing I wouldn’t go for now. I am
not so keen on doing nudity, because I am not 22 any
more. And actually it is not so much a moral thing as I
have done it before and do I really want to do it again?’,
telegraph.co.uk quoted Blunt as saying.
The 33-year-old added: “Does it serve the film or is it
gratuitous and seeing someone’s t*ts for the sake of it?
Because I don’t think it is necessary most of the time.
Also playing violent or racist characters would be hard
for me now.” Blunt is married to actor and writer John
Krasinski.
Mumbai: For Nargis Fakhri,
there is no shortcut to success or fame. At a time when
infamy has become a part of
showbiz, the actress says
she still believes in the
“romantic notion that skill
and hard work is more
important than notoriety”.
Asked about whether Hindi
film industry tends to give
extra attention to actors
who have worked in a
Hollywood film or garnered acclaim in the
international
circuit,
Nargis said that the
statement “doesn’t
ring true” for her.
“Well, I came
here with no
background or
Hollywood credits
so that certainly
doesn’t ring true
for me. I think that
o c c a s i o n a l l y,
fame and popularity can garner
more attention
for individuals or films. But
as a person who believes in
my craft, I like the romantic
notion that skill and hard
work is more important than
notoriety,” said Nargis. “As a
money focussed industry,
which of course Bollywood
is, I also appreciate that
there is a balance and we’re
all part of that,” she added.
Nargis took the first step
towards the world of glamour
with modelling in 2005. After
“Rockstar”,

films on a wide variety of
topics ranging from serious
to fun like “Main Tera Hero”

Plans for worlds tallest temple.........
From the ground level, a capsule elevator will rise up through the temple core, taking
visitors through different planetary systems in the universe as described in the Vedic
literatures, through an immersive sound, light and diorama show. The capsule elevator
will finally reach the visitors
Viewing Gallery at 700 feet for a breathtaking panoramic view of BrajMandal.
It was the desire of SrilaPrabhupada, Founder Acharya of ISKCON, that the glories of
Sri Krishna and Sri VrindavanaDham be spread all over the world so that the peoples
of the world irrespective of caste, creed, color, nationality or gender, are freed from the
sufferings of material existence and find everlasting happiness through Krishna consciousness.
.uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh
Yadav on Sunday laid the foundation stone of a project to build a 70-storey temple in
Vrindavan – Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir — which, when finished, is billed to be the
tallest shrine in the world.
The skyscraper temple project, conceived of by the devotees of ISKCON-Bangalore,
will consist of a grand temple of Lord Sri Krishna at its centre. The grand temple shall
be of monumental proportions and its iconic architecture shall harmoniously combine
elements of both Indian temple architecture and modern architecture. This temple is
poised to become the tallest, grandest and largest religious structure in India. The temple has a footprint of about 5 acres and rises to a height of about 700 feet (210 metres
or 70 floors). The temple is planned to be vibrant with festivals and religious activities
throughout the year. The building will not be affected by the earthquake coming at the
magnitude / recter scale 8 will not be harmfull to it .
There’s something of a race to be tallest going on in India. In October, Narendra Modi,
Gujarat’s chief minister and prime ministerial candidate for India’s main opposition
party the Bharatiya Janata Party, laid the foundation stone for what is claimed will be
the tallest statue in the world when complete – an almost 600-feet tall sculpture of
Sardar Vallabhai Patel, a key figure in India’s struggle for freedom.

Infosys Employee Missing After Brussels
Attacks Is Dead: Indian Embassy
Raghavendran Ganesh, a 28-year-old India-born techie,
was believed to be in a metro rail on March 22 when the
Maelbeek station in Brussels was rocked by an explosion. External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj had
assured Ganesh’s mother help, saying the government
was doing its best to find him. “The Belgian authorities
have identified Raghavendran as one of the victims of
the barbaric terror attacks of March 22,” External Affairs
Ministry Spokesperson Vikas Swarup said. The Indian
Embassy in Brussels said the mortal remains of
Raghavendran are being handed over to his family for
being taken to India. “Mortal remains are in process of
being handed to family of Raghavendran, to be taken to
India from Amsterdam airport,” the Embassy tweeted.
Reports earlier stated that Raghavendran had marked
himself ‘safe’ on Facebook after the blasts. “It is with
deep regret that we confirm the passing of our colleague
Raghavendran Ganeshan in the terrible attack in
Brussels. Our thoughts and prayers are with
Raghavendran’s family and with those who were injured
or lost a loved one in these attacks. We will continue to
provide all possible support to his family in this hour of
grief,” said Infosys in a statement. At least 35 people
were killed and over 300 wounded after two bombs
exploded at Brussels Airport and one at Maelbeek metro
station in the Belgian city.

of consent orders for
Bedded HCFs. One time
Authorisation for Non-bedded HCFs;
(j) The new rules prescribe
more stringent standards
for incinerator to reduce
the emission of pollutants
in environment;
(k) Inclusion of emissions
limits for Dioxin and
furans;
(l) State Government to

waste from the HCFs and
assist the HCFs in conduct
of training
Bio-medical waste
i. Biomedical waste comprises human & animal
anatomical waste, treatment apparatus likeneedles, syringes and other
materials used in health
care facilities in the
process of treatment and
research. This waste is\
generated during diagnosis, treatment or immunisation in hospitals, nursing
homes, pathological laboratories, blood bank, etc.
Total bio-medical waste
generation in the country is
484 TPD from 1,68,869
healthcare facilities (HCF),
out of which 447 TPD is
treated.
Proper
Bio-medical
waste management
ii Scientific disposal of
Biomedical Waste through
segregation, collection and
treatment in an environmentally sound manner
minimises the adverse
impact on health workers
and on the environment.
The hospitals are required
to put in place the mechanisms for effective disposal
either directly or through
common biomedical waste
treatment and disposal
facilities. The hospitals
servicing 1000 patients or
more per month are
required to obtain authorisation and segregate biomedical waste in to 10 categories, pack five colour
backs for disposal. There
are 198 common bio-medical waste treatment facilities (CBMWF) are in operation and 28 are under
construction. 21,870 HCFs
have their own treatment
facilities and 1,31,837
HCFs are using the
CBMWFs.
Bangladesh Court rejects scrapping Islam as State Religion
Bangladesh’s high court rejected a petition by secular
activists to scrap Islam’s status as the state religion in the
wake of nationwide protests by hardline Islamist groups.
A special bench of three judges threw out the petition
within moments of opening the case and without allowing
any testimony. The petition, which was first launched 28
years ago, has triggered countrywide protests by Islamist
groups in the impoverished nation. “We are saddened (at
the ruling). It’s a sad day for the minorities of
Bangladesh,” said Subrata Chowdhury, who represented
the secular activists in the case. The court did not allow
the petitioners to state their case or present any arguments, he said. “The judges simply said the rule is discharged.” Bangladesh was declared officially secular
after the 1971 war of independence from Pakistan which
created the nation from what was previously East
Pakistan. But in 1988 the then-military ruler, General
Hussain Muhammad Ershad, elevated Islam to the state
religion in an attempt to consolidate power . Secularists
have argued for decades that Islam’s status as the state
religion conflicts with Bangladesh’s secular charter and
discriminates against non-Muslims. The government of
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina brought back secularism
as a pillar of the constitution, but promised it would not
ratify any laws that go against the central tenets of Islam.
The country’s largest Islamist party, Jamaat-e-Islami,
responded to the court’s decision by withdrawing a call
for a nationwide strike.

Panel Discussion on "West Bengal Assembly Election - Political Parties Manifesto & Disability"
Sumit Agarwal
Kolkata: NIP NGO National
Institute of Professionals) – An
Educational Centre for the Blind
& Disabled Students came up
with this unique innovative initiative to spread awareness to people through a panel discussion on
“West Bengal Election – Political
Parties Manifesto & Disability“for
the exploration of new avenue for
the disabled in ensuing West
Bengal Assembly Election at Rotary Sadan , Kolkata.
Political leaders from different political parties and representatives from different
organization related to differently able persons represented their valuable opinion on
this discussion. The discussion was attended by eminent personalities
like:RiteshTiwari , BJP ; Somnath Roy, TMC; SardarAmzad Ali, WBPCCI ; Deputy
CEO of Election Commission; AmbikeshMahapatra and many others.
In this panel discussion, NIP also announces the HELP LINE for the blind and other
differently able persons for the upcoming election. So that the differently able persons facing any problem related to election can use their HELP LINE.
Election to the disabled voters is never of much importance. Accessibility is a major
problem, no doubt. But the greater problem is secrecy. In most cases they are forced
to take one of the polling officials inside the booth instead of their own escorts.
This time the Assembly Election seems significant to the disabled voters as the new
Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPD) is pending in the RajyaSabha and not yet
tabled in the LokSabha. It has become more significant when the disabled community demanded for more deliberation the bill and government wanted to get it passed
before the election was declared.
Contributing to the discussion, Mr. Debajyoti Roy, Secretary, NIP, said, “The disabled
persons want their voices to be heard when the bill is on the table. The parties must
take into account the hopes and aspirations of the disabled voters. The objective of
this programme is to review the situation of the disabled persons in the midst of the
election process.”
Belgium charged three people with involvement in a
terrorist group after they were arrested in an operation
at the weekend, the federal prosecutor said. “They
were charged with participation in the activities of a terrorist group,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement, adding that a fourth person detained on Sunday
had been released.
The three men were identified as Yassine A., Mohamed
B. et Aboubaker O., the prosecutor said, adding that “in
the interest of the inquiry,” further details would not be
provided. Belgian police had detained four people during a series of 13 raids on Sunday across the capital
Brussels and the towns of Mechelen, about 30 kilometres due north of Brussels, and one in Duffel, 40 kilometres in the same direction. The number killed in last
Tuesday’s bombings at Brussels Airport and a rushhour metro has risen to 35, not including the three suicide bombers, officials said .
“Four patients deceased in hospital. Medical teams did
all possible. Total victims: 35. Courage to all the families,” Maggie De Block said in a tweet. In addition more
than 300 people have been injured. Belgium`s crisis
centre website also said there were 35 victims, but said
only 28 of the victims had been formally identified. Of
these, 15 died at the airport of whom six were Belgian
and nine were foreign nationals.
