Upcoming Franciscan Sponsored Retreats & Events
FEAST OF ST. GENEVIEVE
January 3, 2016
January 3, 2016 is the Feast Day of St. Genevieve, Patron Saint of our parish. One of
the symbols of St. Genevieve is a loaf of
bread, because she was so generous to those
in need by collecting food for the hungry
while Paris was under siege in the year 464.
As a way of honoring St. Genevieve, we will be collecting
food for Casa de Peregrinos Community Food Bank at all
Sunday masses on January 3rd. We encourage all families
to support the food drive by bringing non-perishable food for
this event.
BLANKET DRIVE
St. Vincent de Paul Ministry is collecting new or gently used
blankets to be distributed to the needy. If you have a blanket to
donate, please drop it off at the parish office. Thank you!
