The teens and adult leaders will learn how to become a more evangelizing youth ministry team. !Frank Mercadante of Cultivation Ministries, is well known nationally for training youth ministry leaders. Frank will be drawing from his popular books on teen discipleship training: Growing Teen Disciples and Positively Dangerous. !This is a high energy training day that will teach individual leadership skills along with forming a team plan to grow your parish youth ministry program. You will find this program helpful if you are forming a new youth ministry team, or if you just need fresh ideas for your existing youth ministry.
