Distribution Centers INDUSTRY FACTSHEET The Youngstown-Warren region provides exceptional highway, rail and port access. I-80/I-76 runs east-west through the center of the region and State Route 11 provides direct port access to both Lake Erie and the Ohio River. Railways are operated by both CSX and Norfolk and Southern as well as a few short-line providers. Same day—Next day delivery operations are optimized as the Youngtown-Warren region is situated midway between Chicago and New York (400 miles in either direction).
