Noah's Ark is a tuition based school and we rely on the prompt payment of
tuition to pay staff, buy needed supplies and ensure a quality program for your
child/children.
Withdrawal: If you decide to withdrawal your child for any reason from
Noah's Ark we ask for a minimum of two week notice. Any less than this and
we will need to charge you the full two week's tuition.
Staff Training: All staff meet the State Requirements for training. This
involves stated hours and required courses set by the state of Florida. Several
staff have exceeded this basic requirement.
Communication: Please know that we try very hard to communicate with
parents and family members concerning all activities and schedules that occur at
Noah's Ark.

Four Year Old Preschool: $200 a month

Stay N Play: $18 a day
Monday through Friday Noon to 3:30 pm
Full Time 8 am to 5 pm:
One Year Olds & Two Year Olds: $165 a week
Three Year Olds & Four Year Olds: $160 a week
Parent’s Day Out 9 am to 3:30 pm: $130 a month per day enrolled

$260 a month for 2 days a week enrollment
$390 a month for 3 days a week enrollment
$520 a month for 4 days a week enrollment
$650 a month for 5 days a week enrollment
Parent’s Day Out Information
Hours of Operation: PDO is open five days a week fr om 9 am to 3:30 pm. We do not
accept children before the drop-off time unless previous arrangements have been made through
the office. Please pick up your child on or before 3:30pm. Parents arriving after 3:30pm will be
assessed a late fee of $10 for each five minute increment. Noah’s Ark closely follows the
Okaloosa County Public School calendar. Our Holiday Calendar will be available in your
orientation packet.
Dress: For your child’s comfort and safety we require comfortable clothing and only tennis
shoes. We ask that you not buy light-up tennis shoes. Outside play is a part of our days so as
the weather changes please provide jackets and sweaters as needed. Please be sure all clothing
items need to be marked with your child’s name. Jewelry is best left at home. Hats are allowed
for medical reasons only.
Lunch & Snack: Par ents will need to pr ovide a healthy lunch and two snacks for their
child daily. Lunches may be refrigerated but we are not licensed to heat food items. Finger
sandwiches, ham cubes, cheese cubes, vegetable sticks, mini muffins and fruit all make nice
choices for toddlers. If a utensil is needed for your child’s lunch please include one. A sippy
cup is needed with what you want your child to drink. You may send a thermos with drink for
refills. Pizza Day is each Friday at the cost of $4 per child. Please label your child’s lunch box,
thermos & cup with your child’ first and last name.
Illness: Ill childr en do not belong at school. Please r efer to our Illness Policy in your
Orientation Packet for details on how this is handled at Noah’s Ark.
Fees: A one-time $90 registration fee and $90 supply fee are due for each child. The monthly
fee for a child enrolled in PDO one day a week is $130, two days a week is $260, three days a
week is $390, four days a week is $520, five days a week is $650. Monthly fees are due on the
5th of each month. If late, a $25 late fee will be charged.
DCF Requirements: All childr en must have an up-to-date physical and immunization form
on file at all times. These must be in the child’s file at the time of enrollment and kept current.
If a child has an expired form they will not be allowed to attend Noah’s Ark until the form is
renewed. All enrollment forms must be filled out properly.
Withdrawal: A two-week notice is required when withdrawing from Noah’s Ark. A shorter
notification will require that month’s full tuition.
Additional Needs: All childr en need to have in their cubbies: 1. A full set of labeled
clothing. Please make sure the full set includes a top, bottoms, socks and underwear. 2. A 2'
kinder mat with an optional pillow, blanket and mat cover as desired by your child. 3. Lunch
and two snacks plus drink for the day.
