Each place on the 2015 Brickworks Luxury Incentive will be worth $12,500 Brickworks Dollars. To join Brickworks in Monte Carlo, you must
earn an additional $4,000 Brickworks Dollars.
A minimum of $6,000 Brickworks Dollars must be accumulated to qualify for the incentive. Once this minimum threshold has been
achieved, you can join the incentive by earning the remaining Brickworks Dollars or buying in the balance.
All you have to do is continue doing exactly what you are good at; buying and promoting Brickworks products. There is no limit
to the number of incentive tickets one company can accrue. The more you achieve, the more you receive.

Chilli Crab
Arguably one of Singapore’s greatest culinary
inventions, this famous dish is a must have during

hawker centres and restaurants throughout the city.
What makes this dish so special is its sensuous, sweet
yet savoury sauce, created with a base of chilli and
tomato sauces which will electrify your palate and
satisfy your taste buds.
The red-tangy sauce is made deliciously fragrant
with light flavourings of garlic and rice vinegar,
while thickening flour and egg ribbons (produced
by adding beaten eggs towards the end of the

Dr Steve Hambleton is a former Federal Vice President and President of the Australian
Medical Association (AMA) 2009-2014. He was the State Manager of the corporate
medical centre provider Foundation Healthcare in Queensland (now IPN) in 2001. He
was President of AMA Queensland in 2005-2006 and served on the AMA Council of
General Practice at a State and Federal level for more than 15 years. Dr Hambleton
was the AMA representative on the National Immunisation Committee from 2006-2010, and was a member
of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee 2007-2009. He was a member of the AMA Taskforce on
Indigenous Health in 2005 and was Chair from 2009 to 2014. Dr Hambleton is on the Board of the Australasian
Medical Publishing Company. He is a Member of the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health
Care’s Australian Atlas of Healthcare Variation Advisory Group. Dr Hambleton was appointed Chairman of the
National eHealth Transition Authority in June 2014 and for his services to general practice was awarded an
honorary Fellowship of the RACGP in September 2014. Dr Hambleton joined the Board of Avant Mutual Group
Limited in November 2014. In April 2015 he appointed the Chair of the Primary Health Care Advisory Group in to
investigate options to provide better care for people with complex and chronic illness; innovative care and funding
models; better recognition and treatment of mental health conditions; and greater connection between primary

TRANSFERS
If you have booked your ȵights with
Axis Events to arrive in Dubai on
Wednesday 9 October and depart on
Monday 14 October, a group transfer

Madinat Jumeirah, Al Qsar and Dubai
Airport. Details will be conȴrmed in
