Specialized career fair for college students interested in jobs and internships! Morgan Hill, CA - Sunday March 10th, 2013 Race-day registration opens at 7:00 AM and closes 15 minutes before each event Entry fee: $20 USA Cycling permit pending A WC Intro Clinic will be held prior the the start of the WC Crit in a nearby parking lot. Experienced women’s and crit coaches will be on hand. John C. Schlesinger was a co-terminal English student at Stanford University, and an accomplished member of the Stanford Cycling Team. He died in an auto accident in Maine in 1997. Our annual criterium bears his name in honor of his contributions to the team and love of the sport of cycling. Course: Flat, fast crit around Specialized’s headquarters in Morgan Hill. Direction of racing is counterclockwise around Concord Circle and Vineyard Blvd (0.5 miles) with the start/finish located on Concord Circle adjacent to the parking area. Five left hand turns and one right hand sweeper to make a chicane before the finish. The entire course will be closed to traffic. Good pavement throughout. From the north or south take 101 to the Tennant Avenue exit (exit 365). Take Tennant Ave west for 0.9 miles to Monterey Rd. Turn left on Monterey Rd and left again onto Vineyard Blvd. Parking will be on the right in the Specialized headquarters parking lot. Registration is located in front of Specialized headquarter building (15130 Concord Circle, Morgan Hill, CA). Please take care of the area (pick up trash; use the portapotties) so that we may host this race again in future years. Parking will not be accessible by turning onto Vineyard directly from Tennant Ave -- use the west entrance to Vineyard Blvd!
