Poles over 2700 mm in diameter, 33mm thick and 450 Mpa strength could be manufactured with our new break press. Capacity of the break press is 4000 tons. 2000 Present 1990 2001 Valmont History Valmont began acquiring global companies to expand its standard markets. Newmark, a manufacturer of spun concrete, tubular steel and hybrid poles for the power delivery industry. EURAS EWAA certified processes RELE-safety pole PALO ad ALTO ASSORBIMENTO di ENERGIA Rele Safety Pole 100 HE3 UNIEN 12767 Bergamo 01-12-2010 Introduzione • UNI EN12767 Requisiti e metodi di test per la sicurezza passiva delle strutture di supporto sulle strade – Questo standard europeo considera tre categorie di sicurezza passiva per le strutture di supporto: • Alto assorbimento di energia (HE) • Basso assorbimento di energia(LE) • Assorbimento di energia nullo (NE) Cosa considera la norma UNIEN12767 • THIV = Velocità Teorica di Testa all’Impatto • ASI = Indice di Severità di Accelerazione • Velocità di Uscita ve Basato su questi valori si determina la colonna in NE/LE/HE 1/2/3 Metodologia di Test & classificazione – UNIEN12767 Come si somma tutto ciò? Gli ultimi modelli di safety pole – in accordo alla EN12767 – denominato 100HE3 è il prodotto più ”crash friendly” al fine di evitare danni agli occupanti non solo all’atto della collisione con il palo, ma anche quando il veicolo passa attraverso il palo.
