• Alternative Fuel Cruise vehicles exit time begins; Sunday @ 4:30pm- absolutely no exceptions.

Harley-Davidson, the State of California, the District Agricultural Association, County Fair, the County in which the County Fair is located, Lessor/Sublessor if fair site is
leased/subleased, Citrus Fruit Fair, California Exposition and State Fair, or Entities (public or non-profit) operating California designated agricultural fairs, their directors, officers,
agents, servants and employees are made additional insured, but only insofar as the operations under this contract are concerned.” Kid’s Charities of the Antelope Valley,
employees and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of Thunder on the Lot, from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgement, and/or claims
from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property, further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all the forgoing
entitles, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability resulting from the conduct of entrants of any participants assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under
the direct control of the entrant.
