Our technology has advanced to the point where the quality of our
creations cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
The way in which we create these items is nearly as exciting as the result itself!
Step 1: Material
Supply us with a drawing, image or picture in any image
format.
Step 2: 3D file
A 3D file is then created by our team of talented
designers using state of the art photo imaging
software.
Step 3: Artwork
The Artwork of the 3D file is then prepared and 3 different
views (front, side and prespective views) are sent to you
for approval.
Step 4: Slicing and Laser Engraving
The slicing process prepares the 3D file for use on the laser
machines. Finally, using a pinpoint accurate laser, our
production team etches the image into crystal.
Step 5: Proof Sample
Prior to production, generally, a proof sample is sent
to the customer for approval.
Step 6: Production and Delivery
Creation of the beautiful crystal image in the shape
of your choice.

Q: How are the images created inside the crystal?
A: Computer generated artwork directs the lasers to create tiny explosions inside the crystal
rendering beautiful, flawless works of art.
Q: Is there lead in the crystal?
A: We use 100% lead-free optic grade crystal. This is the purest form of crystal which is devoid
of blemished, bubbles, flaws and allows maximum quality results.
Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: Our normal production is 2-3 weeks from the time the artwork is approved. Our customers do
have the option of rush shipments for an additional Fast Track charge.
Q: What type of art do you need to create a 3D rendering?
A: The designers can work off of any flat art to create full 3D logos and simple images. Buildings,
cars, machinery, and more complicated art requires photos from all sides, including a top and
perspective view.
Q: Can you personalise each piece?
A: Yes! Crystal Impressions is known for their ability to personalise individual crystals for Recognition
and Service Award programmes. We can laser engrave as little as one piece or orders consisting
of hundreds of recipients, effortlessly.
Q: Can you help me create a programme for my customer?
A: Yes! Let the experts at Crystal Impressions help you WOW your customers with inspiring
programmes. Our experienced sales force will act as a team with distributors to motivate, design
and implement ongoing programmes to fit any customer need.
Q: Can you accommodate large quantity orders?
A: We take pride when saying that we can easily produce orders upwards of 100,000 pieces.
Lead time will be approximately 6-8 weeks for any orders over 25,000 pieces.
