Poached Egg Ingredients 1 egg Large glass of water Utensils Microwave safe bowl Glass Spoon Plate Note: a drop of vinegar added to the water can help the egg stay together. Poached Egg Method 1 2 Please wash hands. Place about 1 glass of water in microwave safe bowl. Crack the egg in to the water. Place the plate on top of the bowl. 3 Microwave for approximately 1 minute or until the egg is set. Times will vary depending on your microwave. 4 5 When cooked, remove egg from water with the spoon.
