CUT THE MEAT INTO SMALL
CUBES
PUT THE PEAS AND THE CHIVES
IN ANOTHER BOWL
ADD SALT, PEPPER, PAPRIKA AND
OLIVE OIL TO TASTE
PREPARE THE DOUGH
MIX THE FLOUR, THE WATER, THE
ORANGE JUICE, THE OLIVE OIL,
THE EGG YOLKS AND THE LARD
(OPTIONAL)
DOUGH THEM UNTIL IT’S A COMPACT MASS
TAKE A LITTLE PIECE
OF DOUGH AND MAKE A
CIRCLE THE SAME SIZE
OF THE BOWL WITH
THE ROLLING PIN
PUT THE CIRCLE ON
TOP OF THE BOWL AS
LID AND CLOSE IT WITH
YOUR FINGERS
BAKE THE PANADES IN A
PREHEATED OVEN AT
180º C FOR 40 MINUTES
AND ENJOY THEM!
TAKE A PIECE OF DOUGH AND
GIVE IT EGG SHAPE ON A
WHITE PIECE OF PAPER
SPREAD WITH OLIVE OIL
PUT YOUR THUMB IN THE
EGG AND MAKE A LITTLE
BOWL WITH THE DOUGH
FILL THE BOWL WITH SOME
MEAT, PEAS AND BACON
