This new offroad park opened to the public in May 2014 and offers about 6,500 acres of woods trails to

Bloody Skillet ATV Trail

Located in the Sproul State Forest, ATV enthusiasts will find miles of trails that consist of old coalmining
roads that wind through deep forest vegetation. Trails are mostly hardpacked with a few creek
crossings. Deer, black bear and wild turkey are among the wildlife that inhabits the area. Camping is
permitted but a permit is required and can be obtained by contacting the Sproul State Forest

This portion of the Delaware State Forest offers about seven miles of mostly smooth but hardpacked
ATV trails. The trails open for the summer season Friday before Memorial Day through the last full
weekend in September but reopens for winter riding the day after deer hunting season (generally two
weeks after Thanksgiving) through April 1.

beautiful forests. Direct trail access from the campgrounds, an RC car track, snack bar plus an Olympic

sites to full service motel rooms. ATVs, motorcycles and UTVs must be registered and show proof of

Located in Dunmore, Pennsylvania this area offers about 2,000 acres of wood trails open to ATVs, UTVs
and dirtbikes. Property offers a variety of terrain that consists of rocky section, deep water crossings,

This family friendly park offers two loops totaling around 41 miles of one-way trails, along with a
motocross play area and peewee track. This recreation area is open year-round except during hunting
season and snowmobiles are welcome during winter months. Both day and annual memberships can be
purchased onsite, however if you are a non-member you must notify the park at least 24hours prior to
your arrival.

Maple Run Tract

Located north of Pecks Pond in the Delaware State Forest, this area offers about eight miles of mostly
hardpacked but smooth ATV trails. The trail system offer moderate elevation changes and is fairly easy,
making it a good choice for novice riders. There is no fee to ride but ATVs must be 58” or less in width to
fit through the gates. Also machines must have current registration and proof of liability insurance.

The trails are open for riding during daylight hours only and while overnight parking is not permitted,
camping can be found about 20 miles west at the Promised Land State Park. A marina with kayak and
canoe rentals plus a lakeview restaurant can be found about two miles south of the staging area
Marienville & Timberline OHV Trails

This large trail system offers many miles of trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Advanced riders will
enjoy the Marienville section which offers a challenging 23 mile one way only motorcycle trail and a 14
mile ATV loop that consists of old forest roads and railroad grades. The Timberline section offers an
additional 38 miles of novice friendly trails that consist of flat gravel and dirt roads. There are a variety
of staging options for trail access. Camping is permitted at the Timberline and Beuhler staging areas and
also along the trails.

The Forest Lodge and Campground offers spacious sites plus direct trail access. This trail system is
available to ATVs and motorcycles from the Friday before Memorial Day until the last Sunday of
September as well as from December 20 through April 1. Snowmobiles are permitted on the Timberline
trails during the winter months.ATVs must provide proof of liability insurance and registration to obtain
the permit.

This area has about 18 miles of ATV trails that go outside the boundaries of the Sweet Root Natural Area

Mines and Meadows ATV Park

This park offers about 70 miles of marked, groomed and mostly one-way trails that wind through a lush
green forest with hill climbs, rock crawling, mud bogs and several creek crossings. The main attraction is
an underground limestone mine that you can ride through. Headlights are a must to take on this ½ mile
guided underground loop which featuring an underground lake deep enough to stall an ATV.

This park opened in 2007 after converting some land previously owned by a coal company into what is
now 70 miles of great looking motorcycle and ATV trails. With help from community volunteer groups
and the Yamaha Trails Initiative, this park continues to improve and expand. (Detailed Trail Map) In
addition to the daily rate (or membership cost) a recreation permit could be required if your ATV, UTV,
or dirt bike is not registered in PA or a reciprocating state.

Rocky Gap ATV Trail

There are two main loops to explore at this trail system. The northern loop is rated as "most difficult"
and the lower loop is rated as "more difficult". Both loops are about 11 miles long and there are no easy
or novice trails. The trails mainly consist of steep, rocky inclines and several deep mud holes.

of 4x4 and UTV trails, steep hill climbs, rock gardens and a 4 mile natural terrain grass track.

The staging areas on Cove Road are the least visited making them the most private. Trails are open to
ATV use Memorial Day weekend through the last full weekend in September. Vehicles must be 58" or
less in width to ride on the trails. Dirt bikes and motorcycles are not permitted.
