Atkinson Motorsports Park (Combo) (Atkinson, Illinois) (309-936-1200) This park offers about 210 acres of woods trails, mud bogs, hill climbs and open valleys. The park is open Monday through Friday from 12pm to 5pm and during weekends from 9am to 5pm. An Illinois DNR sticker is required which can be purchased at the gate. . Permit Required? A 28site campground with full hookups is available and sites can accommodate large trailers. The park is open yearround however it may close temporarily during inclement weather. Call before you haul. Brushy Ridge Motorsports (Browning, Illinois) (217-322-4950) This offroad park has around 20 miles of trails and a couple motocross tracks on 300 acres. Chucks Quad Track (Combo) (Pekin, Illinois) (309-241-3340) This 60 acre property offers a motocross track, flat track, oval and center drag track and about 10 miles of woods trails. The fee is about $10 per rider and spectators are free. Coyote ATV Trails (Coulterville, Illinois) (618-758-2443) Located near Coulterville, Illinois, this area offers around 10 miles of ATV trails and a simple motocross track (not competition style) on about 200 acres. The park fee can be paid at Pistol City Restaurant & Saloon which is located at the intersection of SR13 and County Road 25. . Permit Required? Climate Type Nope. Forest. Other Vehicles? Call before you haul. Crooked Creek OHV Area (Glasgow, Illinois) (217-742-3415) Crooked Creek is a family-oriented riding area of about 65 acres, with about 6.5 miles of trails. As you can see on the map, there is some rolling ground with a practice track on it to the north, and then you climb up to the south to over 40 acres of wooded trails. Some of these are easy, and some are quite steep and twisting. There is a new building, with a restroom and shower, kitchen area, and tables and chairs. . Permit Required? The area is open daily from 8am to dusk except during deer hunting season.Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Espy Motocross and ATV Park (Combo) (Perkin, Illinois) (309-241-8318) This property offers miles of ATV trails and a motocross track . Permit Required? Nope. Climate Type Forest. Other Vehicles? Fox Valley Offroad Park (Combo) (Ottawa, Illinois) (815-539-9021) This large off road park has about 12 miles of unmarked trails, a supercross track, a peewee track and a fenced off field for beginner riders. The property has a wide variety of terrain that ranges from technical hill climbs, single track woods trails and dry rocky creek beds. Harpole's Heartland Lodge and Resort (Nebo, Illinois) (800-717-4868) This premier hunting lodge and resort offers miles of scenic ATV trails that wind through rolling hills, open prairies, mud pits and scenic woods. Other highlights include fishing, horseback riding, sporting clays and scenic hayrides. Various vacation, lodging and meal packages are available. Lincoln Trail Motosports (Combo) (Casey, Illinois) (217-932-2041) This OHV Park has miles of woods trails plus four motocross tracks that consist of a vet, practice, peewee and the new "Bomber Track" a fast flowing track with numerous elevation changes. Little Egypt OHV Area (Marion, Illinois) (618-982-2992) This OHV area was once an old strip mine, but thanks to the Little Egypt Off Road Club the area now offers about 30 miles of woods trails, hill climbs, mud pits and two motocross tracks on 900 acres.The park is open during both regular and holiday weekends. Luster's Longhorn Mud Ranch (Ramsey, Illinois) (618-322-6145) Open during select dates only, this new park has over 300 acres of woods trails, mud bogs and hills to explore. Mill Creek Park (Marshall, Illinois) (217-889-3601) This area offers around 15 miles of trails. An IL DNR sticker and daily trail riding permit are required and both can be purchased at the main entrance. Annual passes are available for around $30 for residents and $42 for nonresidents. . . Open to motorcycles, jeeps and ATVs, the park operates Friday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm during the summer and 9am to 4pm during the winter... . Permit Required? Lyman Run State Park offers a staging area to access the trail system however parking is limited to five trailers and machines must be hauled to and from the campground.
