It has places for the little ones, but also has places for people wanting to learn more about Cincinnati’s history. Another fun place to go is the Zoo! The Cincinnati Zoo has Bengal Tigers; that’s why Cincinnati’s football team is called the Bengals. A list of some other places can be seen on the side. Other Fun Places 1. Bengals and Reds games 2. Sawyer Point 3. Washington Park 4. Mt. Adams 5. Skyline 6. Bike Trails in Armleader Park Mini Wicked Review By Nicole Curley Wicked is a play based on a book by Gregory Maguire. The musical was in Cincinnati and was flawless. From the high notes to the low, all notes were hit. The musical is the story of The Wizard of Oz told by the wicked witch, Elphaba. It is a heartwarming story about love, rivalry, and change. I would HIGHLY recommend it. What Field Trips Do We Want to Go On More Often By Zoe Cummings I interviewed two very charming kindergartners named Maevry and Eve about their favorite and not so favorite field trips. This year the kindergartners to the Planetarium, California Woods and Imago Earth Center. Maevry said that her favorite field trip was California Woods. Maevry liked when they got to go the garden at California Woods. Eve liked the Planetarium most. She said that the best part of the Planetarium was the popup book that they got to see. Eve liked it when they got to see the big screen at the Planetarium. Eve said that if she got to pick where she wanted to go she would pick the Cincinnati Zoo. Maevry said that she would want to go to the Children’s Museum. They both thought that the field trips that they went on were very fun and enjoyable, and would be happy to go on all of them again. If only that was my neighborhood. I think I’m seeing things (rainbows). Book of the Month: Warriors By Erin Hunter Rusty is a perfectly normal Book 1: Into the Wild house cat. That is until he hears rumors about forest cats. He is warned not to go into the forest, but like the saying,“curiosity killed the cat,” he couldn’t help but check out the forest. That saying almost came true when he was attacked by a forest cat, who’s name was Graypaw. Some forest cats (who had been spying on the battle) saw potential in the young house cat and invited him to join their clan, in the forest. Graypaw soon befriended Rusty, but unlike Graypaw, some cats didn’t quite approve of Rusty. Now, how far could that disapproval go? Read and find out!
