Project Manager - 7west Apartments, 213 Units, Retail, $26.9 Million - Project was fast
paced with an accelerated schedule including 6 and 7 day per week work schedules, multiple
work shifts, and overtime by most every trade. Interior Finishes & Design were coordinated
during construction. The Project was delivered 1 Month early, 9 Month Substantial
Completion, to allow for fall semester leasing to meet the desired schedule of the Owners.
The project is LEED for Homes Gold Certified.
Project Manager - Rechelbacher Penthouse - Phoenix on the River Building, 16,800 SF $4.2
Million - High End Residential Condo Build-Out.
Project Manager – Solhaus Tower Apartment Building, 75 Units, $8.4 Million – Delivered
in 7 Months. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
Project Engineer – Solhaus Apartment Building, 75 Units, $10.2 Million – Superfund
cleanup site with numerous sources of public funding. Building construction was completed
in 8 months.
