Water based exercise that takes place at chest height depth. A non-weight bearing form of exercise means that it is less stressful on the joints than floor based exercise. Prime Life Aerobics: A gentle, low impact class that focuses on general fitness and keeping you supple. Teen Step Aerobics: An introduction to step aerobics. This fun cardio workout helps to improve fitness, co-ordination, and posture. Step Aerobics: High / Low impact routines designed around a raised platform. Suitable for beginners or the more advanced.
