Case Study #1
Company: Tjernlund Products inc.
Dates: 4/1/2013 - 6/1/2015
I started an Amazon with my brother for my family’s 76 year old manufacturing
company. I quickly scaled our business by importing new products from China and
adding US based wholesale accounts to diversify our offerings on Amazon. Along
with adding nearly 1000 products, I also created 6 new ecommerce websites and
scaled our Ebay business to over $1 million in 2014.
The scaling was possible without having to hire any full time employees.I
utilized software solutions to automatically fulfill all 3rd party and 1st party
marketplace orders. I was able to work myself out of the business and it still runs
successfully today.
Besides scaling and automating the entire ecommerce process, I also
conducted keyword research to construct an ultra lean PPC campaign through
Amazon. Along with Amazon PPC, I also drove traffic to my listings using YouTube,
Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and through our niche specific blogs.

Company: Kitkerry LLC
Dates: 5/1/2015 to Current
I started Kitkerry LLC to allow myself to get out of the office and live my life
location independent. As Co Owner of Kitkerry LLC my role is to source products
that have a high perceived value. I am using the lessons I have learned in the past
to build and grow the business with as little effort as possible. Below are the first
months of sales:
Using my lean processes I was able to order products from four different Chinese
supplier, import the products,, get them instock and sold on Amazon.com all within
the first 30 days of being in business. Sales are already projected to be at $100,000
after a full year of being in business.

Company: StartUpBros.com

I have conducted a half dozen webinars to thousands of Amazon sellers. I
have taught everyone from beginners to seasoned ecommerce veterans. I walk
them through the every single step from choosing a market and nice, to marketing
the end product. I also teach them how to source products from China, about tariff
codes, navigating customs, receiving the product, sending it to Amazon fulfillment
centers and how to make it stand out and sell on Amazon.com.
Along with conducting webinars, I also run their VIP Email. This email allows VIP
clients to get access to an expert’s opinion on a moment's notice. This experience
has allowed me to me to solve many problems that I usually do not encounter in my
normal day to day life.

Company: Leland Fly Fishing Company
Dates: 4/1/2014 - Current
Leland Fly had an established brand and an established ecommerce website
when I started working for them. I helped their team of four employees take their
multimillion dollar ecommerce brand onto Amazon.com. I systemized the way they
created their listings allowing them to upload nearly 1000 products within the first
month.
I always systemized the way they would announce and launch their products. I
utilized their existing email list to help promote their products on Amazon. Below is
their first week of sales after implementing the ideas I had recommended to them.

Company: Europa Giftware
Dates: 2/1/2015 - 3/1/2015
Europa Giftware was looking to liquidate old inventory. They are a traditional B2B
company that sells generic gifts made of glass and porcelain from Europe. The
owners were looking to retire and were looking for a way to sell the remaining
$100,000 in inventory.
I helped them set up their Amazon account so the entire sales process would run
itself. Within two months Europa Giftware had sold out their entire inventory of
overstock.
