Gold Ballroom, your eyes will be

The du Barry Room
A
s the most popular of our ceremony
locations, the romantic du Barry Room
embodies luxury and splendor creating the
perfect beginning for your union together.
The du Barry Room is ideal for up to 250 guests
who can share in your exchanging of vows.
The du Barry Room features a magnificent crystal
chandelier glistening in the center of the ceiling.
The room serves as the perfect intimate reception
setting for 130 guests with a dance floor.

his Country Club setting has long
been considered the best-kept secret in
the Delaware Valley. Surrounded by three
manicured golf courses, the DuPont Country
Club offers endless options for ceremonies,
receptions, and beautiful photos.

Recent renovations including specially
designed chandeliers that float from
the 20 foot high Crystal Ballroom
ceiling have enhanced the overall elegance
of the Clubhouse. The adjoining glass
enclosed upper terrace is perfect for your
cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The property
offers a multitude of indoor and outdoor
ceremony sites. Our Christiana and
Wedgwood Rooms offer large picturesque
views of our lavish DuPont golf course,
and can accommodate indoor ceremonies
for up to 175 guests. Outdoor ceremonies
on the Lower Terrace or on the lawn
overlooking the golf course offer
your guests panoramic views of the
lush landscapes.

Brantwyn Estate
L
ocated on the grounds of the DuPont
Country Club, Brantwyn Estate is an ideal
setting for a couple looking for vibrant gardens
and absolute privacy. Landscaped year-round to
provide a spectrum of color, the formal lower
garden with fountain is perfect for a large outdoor
ceremony. The side garden with reflecting pool
offers an intimate setting for a more personal
ceremony for up to 75 guests. Inside the
Mansion, there is a beautiful spiral staircase,
elegantly furnished rooms and four working
fireplaces providing warmth and ambience in
the winter months. With a large and inviting

dance floor in the center of the house, bars on
both sides of the mansion and indoor seating
for up to 160 guests, the Brantwyn Estate
encompasses everything you could ever wish
for from an intimate wedding venue.

ridal couples hosting a wedding at any
of the 3 properties in the DuPont Wedding
Collection will receive complimentary
wedding night accommodations at the
internationally renowned Hotel du Pont.
A guest room block will also be arranged
for family and friends. All rooms will be
listed at specialty rates as a thank you for
sharing your special day with us. Each
elegant guest room offers a service bar,
color TV, a large leather-inlaid desk,
in-room safes, two phone lines and
voicemail in three languages. Guests
may choose from a variety of luxury

n addition to helping you plan the perfect
wedding, we can accommodate your group
for an afternoon of golf at one of our three
distinct courses at the DuPont Country Club.
Choose from a challenging round on our
championship DuPont Course, picturesque
greens and narrow fairways on our Nemours
course, or a shorter game on our executive
par-61 Montchanin Course. A scheduled golf
outing is the perfect way for your bridal party
or guests to begin the weekend’s festivities.
