All families will be given a carpool placard during Meet & Greet. We ask that families participating in carpool write their children’s names clearly on the carpool placard, along with their teacher’s name in parentheses, and place the placard on their car dashboards during pick up. See below for an example. Melpomene Muse (m. chartres) clio Muse (Mme. burgundy) Carpool Families interested in getting connected with other families in their neighborhoods to arrange a possible carpool, please complete a carpool connection form at bit.ly/lyceecarpool. Upon receiving the form, Lycée will connect families in shared neighborhoods who have expressed interest in carpool. Contact information will be shared with other families in the neighborhood, making it easier for families to contact one another to arrange ridesharing. 4 Uniforms All students are required to wear any combination of the following items. SAINTS & SPIRIT DAYS Fridays are spirit days. Students are encouraged to wear Lycée Français spirit t-shirts from current and previous school years. Uniform bottoms must be worn. Students are invited to show their support for the Saints through special dress during football season. T-shirts, jerseys, and black and gold clothing are allowed on game days. However, Saints Days are not free dress days. Again, uniform bottoms must be worn. Our general rule of thumb for games this season is that we permit special dress on Fridays for weekend games. For Monday or Thursday night games, the special dress day is on game day. 6 Before care, After Care & Enrichment BEFORE CARE & AFTER CARE Before and After Care will start the first day of school.
