U9 Tryout-2015 Summer Club Season We are looking to build a good foundation of passionate players who will progress into the future. When: Sunday, February 15th from 6-7:30PM Where: Diamond Pros Complex 5200 Glen Arm Road Glen Arm, MD 21057 Cost for Tryout: FREE Please register through the Tryout Page on our website. Skip the step for payment. Thank you. Players should show up 15 minutes before the tryout to suit up and be able to take the field promptly at 4pm. Each player should be equipped with helmet, gloves, elbow and shoulder pads. They will begin weekly practices in May and will concentrate on building proper, fundamentally sound lacrosse players. It is with great Pride and Excitement that we announce our U9 Team for the upcoming, 2015 Summer Club Season. Coach Kirk Stockton will lead the team. Kirk started playing lacrosse during his 8th grade year in Newtown, CT. He was a high school standout and went on to play college ball at UMBC before finishing his career at Penn State. Coach Stockton began coaching lacrosse while still in high school and has coached for several area youth and tournament teams. Through his coaching career he has experience at every level from youth on through Division I collegiate levels. He was a founding member of the men’s post collegiate team that participated in the American Lacrosse League and continues to play in various adult leagues. Currently, Coach Stockton is the director of the Oxford Youth Lacrosse program and lives in the Oxford, PA area with his wife and three children. Kirk is committed to sharing his passion for the game with the community.
