this winter, we’ve all been preoccupied with
keeping our homes safe and in good order. We

as we work to keep the lots and walkways clear and rooftops and icicles under control.
The ownership at West Mill continues to navigate permitting efforts to add 42 apartments,
demolish part of the manufacturing building, and open up new parking areas and circulation
through the site. We expect some construction will begin this spring with completion targeted
for late summer. In the interim, the Town of North Andover will be moving ahead with a
project to replace street lighting on High and Water Streets and East Mill will continue to make
incremental improvements, including a project clean up the Mill Pond that should commence
this spring.
In recent tenant notes, we’ve added Gweepi Medical to West
Mill and JK Contracting, to East Mill, along with painters
Ashleigh Bartlett and Douglas Sirois to the East Mill Artspace.
