Sealed offers are invited from reputed parties for To provide labours throughout for monsoon
season to closed mills (1) Jam, (2) Kohinoor 1 & 2 (3) Madhusudhan (4) Indu Mill No. 4
(5)Indu No. 6, (6) sitaram mills. Parties are requested to submit their offers as per the details
given below in a sealed envelope on or before 05.05.2015 up to 2.00 pm at 4th Floor, NTC House,
15 N.M.Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400001. Job will be allotted on Mill wise L1 basis.
JOB SPECIFICATION.
Providing labours for cleaning the gutter lines and roofs for smooth flow of water, to put lead cover
on chambers / manholes. Required materials will be given by mill.
To inspect overhead water tank and make sure that tanks are mosquito proof and have proper lead
cover and not to left open to sky.
To clean/ puncture dilapidated roof gutters to avoid the accumulation of water, there should not be
any sort of water accumulation inside the mill premises throughout the monsoon
The job should be carried out under the guidance and satisfaction of pest Control officer of concern
MCGM ward and corporate Engineer.

TRMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The tenderers are requested to see the site of work before submission of tender on any working
day between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm for any clarification; you may contact our Dy. Manager (Engg.)
at our regional office.

EMD paid by tenderer for a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees TWO THOUSAND only) drawn in favour of
the National Textile Corporation Ltd. Unit-Western Region payable at Mumbai by DD/Pay Order
drawn on any Nationalized banks/ Commercial Bank notified by RBI (excluding co-operative /
scheduled cooperative bank/rural banks) along with tender.
You will provide labours throughout monsoon season i.e. 1 st June 2015 to 30th September 2015.
This is mandatory condition. Attendance will be verified with gate register during contract period.
You will have to make gate entries for the employed worker in Mills gate entry register, whenever
you will bring to carry out the job.
Please arrange to start job of the mill in consultation with Mill security officer / corporate engineer.
You will have to cover all your employees under Insurance policy/Work compensation act. You are
solely responsible for any accident / Injury to your employees during work.
You have to obtain signature of corporate engineer on the bill before submitting for payment.
You have to make arrangement of your own tools & tackles for required job & the contractor shall
be responsible for the safe custody of the materials brought by him.
The contractor shall take all necessary precautions to prevent any damage to the property etc.
Any damage caused during the course of work shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill.
All rules and regulation such as PF, ESI, Income Tax, and service tax will be applicable. The
contractor shall quote PF, ESI, Income Tax, service tax registration Nos. In case of non-payment
of ESI & PF contribution of the labour for work the 60% of the labour charges amount will be
consider as wages & deduction of PF & ESI will be 32% ( Xerox copy of pan card to be attached
with offer)
If you fail to complete the jobs as per Corporate Engineers satisfaction then we will cancel the
order placed with you & contract will be placed to 2nd lowest party at your risk & Cost.
PAYMENT TERMS: Completion of each month 25% against the total cost
Applicable service Tax as service provider & as a service receiver included in above rate.
Preference will be given to parties registered with MSME; parties are requested to register with
MSME if they are not yet registered.
TDS/Income Tax & other taxes, if any, will be deducted as per prevailing rules.
The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject all or any tender or part thereof without
assigning any reason.
