Innovation Space and Workshop June 10, 2015, Indianapolis Harwood Collaboration Teams! Plan to bring your full teams. TIME: 9 AM to 4:30 PM EDT (note updated end time) Light Refreshments at 8:30 am Facilitators: Susan Taylor Simpson and Joanne Linzey, certified Harwood coaches FOCUS: Please bring your completed TECA for your entire team. Please email your TECA to Lisa and coaches no later than June 5th! OUTCOMES: • Share key learnings • Identify what must be done to keep the work progressing • Develop a 6 month Action Plan • Celebrate and acknowledge accomplishments AGENDA: Welcome and Introductions Share Key Learnings, practical discussion and takeaways: small group options Innovation Space: What are we learning? Why is this important? Implications? (and so on) The IaUW-Harwood Initiative: Translate some learnings into IaUW-level takeaways. Reflect on expectations and deliverables. How has it changed the way UWs work? How we work together? Case Studies: Continue the learning with north-of-the-border examples and new lab material shared. Keeping the Momentum Going!
