Cataloging is a key activity for selling online. Our endeavour is to best showcase your products on our website. This
could entail working with your cataloging team, working with recommended studio partners or photo cataloging at
JJM studios.
6. What is the payment cycle for reconciliation?
Payments are typically released by the 10th working day of each subsequent month. There might be exceptions to this
which will be covered in your detailed agreement.
7. Is there any eligibility criteria to sell on JJMMart.com?
Any person who is authorized by Govt. of India do retail business in India can sell on JJMMart.com. You can sell only
genuine products on JJMMart.com which are relevant to the categories we deal in.

Enter your personal details like First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number and Password.
Enter your Company Details like Name, Years of Operation, Operating City, Nature of Business, Links to your website,
Time since selling online, On which website you sell, Links to your stores on other websites, etc.
Also enter your Product Details like Catalogue size, Average monthly turnover, brands you sell, categories of the
products you sell.
To verify you are a human and not automated program, you need to add two numbers shown in the image and type
your answer below.
To submit form click on “Register” button and to empty the form click on “Reset” button.
Once you click on submit button you will get message: “Thank you! A confirmation email has been sent to your email
address. Please verify to continue.”
You will get an email on your registered email id as shown below from noreply@jjmmart.com .

Upload Products on JJM Mart Vendor Portal
To upload products on JJM Mart Vendor Portal, click on “PRODUCTS” link and you can upload your products.
First you need to download sample CSV format by clicking on the link and update that CSV as per the fields below.
Once you are done with CSV update, you can upload that CSV back to JJM Mart and all your products will be uploaded.
The product uploaded by you will be shown below.

Format of the Products to be uploaded in CSV format is as per details below.
Brand: Name of the brand you are going to sell. If that brand does not exist on JJMMart.com, it will be created, but
will be displayed by admin approval.
Category: Name of the category you are going to sell. If that category does not exist on JJMMart.com, it will be
created, but will be displayed by admin approval.
SKU: The Stock Keeping Unit of your product which has to be unique and can be left blank also.
BarCode: The BarCode of your product which has to be unique and can be left blank also.
ProductName: The Name of your product which has to be unique and CANNOT be left blank.
MRP: The MRP of your product which CANNOT be left blank.
SellPrice: The Sell Price of your product at which you want to sell which CANNOT be left blank.
PurchasePrice: The Purchase Price of your product for JJMMart, which CANNOT be left blank.
MinOrderQty: The Minimum order quantity a customer has to give of your product which CANNOT be left blank.
CatalogSize: The Catalog Size of your product which CANNOT be left blank.
VAT: The chargeable VAT (Value Added Tax) of your product per piece which CANNOT be left blank.
QtyPriceRange: The Quantiy-Price Range of your product which CANNOT be left blank. It has to be in format “15:500;6-10:490;11-20:480;21-50:470;50+:460“, which means a customer has to pay
Rs. 500/piece for 1-5 units,
Rs. 490/piece for 6-10 units,
Rs. 480/piece for 11-20 units,
Rs. 470/piece for 21-50 units,
Rs. 460/piece for 50+ units, and so on.
The units and rate can be customized to any number as per your wish.
OfferHighlight: The offer you are providing like “10% Off”, “20% Off”, “Clearance Sale”, etc. which can be left blank.
ShortDesc: The short description of your product which can be left blank but we recommend providing this for strong
SEO purposes.
LongDesc: The long description of your product which can be left blank but we recommend providing this for strong
SEO purposes.
Thumbnail: The name of the image which you uploaded in “IMAGES” section. This will be displayed as thumbnail so
we recommend this to be a square image, ideally 250px * 250px.
LargeImg: Here you need to provide the semi-colon (“;”) separated list of images uploaded in “IMAGES” section. This
will be used in displaying the gallery of images in product details section.
