Responsibilities: Working as part of a team in a fast paced environment where the main responsibilities are ensuring the effectiveness and stability of OFIFC programs through effective liaison, program analysis and field support with local Friendship Centres/Delivery Sites. Qualifications: Awareness of Aboriginal culture; Post-secondary education in Social Science, or related discipline combined with 3 – 5 years’ experience in Program Management; Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis; Ability to collect, analyse and interpret qualitative and/or quantitative data; Knowledge of database software systems; Ability to understand connection between program goals, objectives, outcomes and activities at program sites and provide a coherent report; Ability to integrate numerous narrative and statistical reports into one effective and useful report recognising trends and challenges; Superior public relations, strong listening, oral and written communication skills; Must be able to travel within Ontario once a month up to 4 days for the purposes of orientation, support and integrated field visits at Friendship Centres/Delivery Sites; Must be self-motivated, ability to work within deadlines and with minimal supervision; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and Criminal Reference Clearance (CPIC) and Vulnerable Sector Clearance are requirements of the employment offer.
