Set up is Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. for exhibitors to set up displays. You can enter through the parking lot at the bottom of the entrance of Quarry Lake Park 2. There will be a raffle and ask that each vendor/crafter donate an item for the raffle. 3. Peacefest will attempt to advertise in, Flyers throughout the City of Racine, Online advertising, Racine Peacefest Website, We Are Racine Website along with Racine Uncovered News website and their associated facebook pages. . 4. Show time is Sunday August 23, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00pm. 5. Peacefest reserves the right to exclude the sale of inappropriate merchandise. 6. Peacefest reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar merchandise. 7. Food and Drinks will be available for purchase at the fair. 8. Please be considerate of other vendors. 9. Pack-up can begin no earlier than 4:45 p.m. 10. Your space needs to be cleaned of all trash and spills before you leave. 11. Payment due with registration to reserve your booth space. 12. This is an outdoor event and there will be no refunds for Weather related cancellations. 13. Signature required on registration form (see waiver below) 14. Fee & Complete Registration form are due back no later than August 16th, 2015. Any Registrations received after that date will be subject to an increased fee of $10 per space. Fees are non-refundable and spaces are given on a first come first serve basis. You will be sent a confirmation of receipt in the mail and via e-mail. If there are any problems/questions with your registration form, you will be contacted at the phone number and/or email listed above. WAIVER: I will not hold We Are Racine/Peacefest or any individual working with the craft show responsible for personal injury, damage to property, or theft, nor will I be a party to any legal action against them. I also understand that my registration fee is non-refundable once my application has been accepted. I have read and agree with the requirements.
