Mumbai - 400001 with the terms and conditions as per Annexure 'oA" for formation of panel
Architects for Head Offrce and residential premises in Mumbai & Thane city.

Sealed quotations for technical bid are invited from the Architectural firms who undertake various
types of civil/ repairs and renovation jobs for commercial & residentialpremises.
The sealed quotation should reach the Chief Manager, Estate & Establishment Department, The
New IndiaAssurance Building, 6'h Floor, 87, M.G. Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400001 on or before

2. The Tenderers should fill information in the tender in the same manner
as specified.
3. The Company reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. The
Company also reserves the right to deviate/ delete any or all conditions.
