The quick installation of the modular pasteuriser is another plus for high-performance production plants. krones LinaFlex Method of operation Tunnel modules The tunnel modules are divided into temperature zones which allow gentle heating and cooling of the containers before and after pasteurisation. The spraying system with snap-in spraying nozzles jets the containers with water that has been tempered exactly for the treatment zone involved. So the containers are treated uniformly and systematically with an economical use of water. krones LinaFlex CHESS heating system The patented CHESS heating system allows for running the pasteuriser extremely economically. Only one heat exchanger supplies the individual zones of the pasteuriser with hot water. A buffer tank collects the overflow and returns it to the pasteurisation zones via the heat exchanger. This closes the water cycle, thereby slashing the heating-up times for the individual zones and saving vast amounts on energy and water consumption.
