MARCH IS LITERACY MONTH
Dear --FNAME--,
Happy March! We are just under two weeks away
from our Putting for Polio fundraiser and I want to
thank you for selling tickets and promoting the
event. The website is now up and fully operational
so check it out and tell your friends that they can
purchase tickets, raffle tickets or simply make a
donation at www.puttingforpolio.org.
We still need to push ticket sales and also collect
additional raffle items. Please bring any raffle
items that you secure to the meeting and give
them to Darin or Phil.
R.I. PRESIDENT
GARY C.K. HUANG
2014-2015
On Monday, Linda Bertuzzi, Rachel Diehl and I
were guests on Talking Solutions with Terrie
Springs with Beasley Broadcasting. They own
102.7 the Coyote, 720 KDWN, 96.3 KKLZ, Old
School 105.7 and Star 107.9. We recorded the
show which will air this weekend on all of the
stations and also had the chance to promote our
fundraiser, Linda, Rachel and Geri's trip to India
and the upcoming Super Build. It was all things
Rotary and some incredible PR for Rotary. Once
we get the link, we'll share it with you!
Thank you to Lauren-Nicole Thompson, our new
proposed member who did her craft talk at this
week's meeting. She was born in Ecuador and
gave a great talk about
her life and how happy
she is to be a new
member of our Rotary
club.
DISTRICT GOVERNOR

miss especially since it's being held here in Las
