This letter was drafted and sent on 29th August 2016 to the Vice Chancellor, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria relaying an academic research malpractice, fraud and intellectual property theft by an uncultured non-entity named Nathaniel Olugbade ADEOYE from Department of Geography of the institution. This letter calls for justice, sanction and immediate action on the part of the university. Till this present moment, this letter have not been acknowledged by this institution and nothing has been done on the issue raised.
