Winter Series –“Christ, Coffee and
Conversation”
ADULT FAITH FORMATION:
We begin our
“Christ, Coffee and Conversation” series on
th
Monday, January 6 at 7PM in the Social Hall
with a movie entitled “The Rite”, a movie that draws
us into a discussion about the presence of evil in the world.
What is the interaction between psychiatry and faith? This
promises to be a provocative look at faith, doubt and the
power of good over evil. Popcorn will be served. Please
bring a dessert.
th
We continue our series on Monday, January 13 at 7PM
with a one night presentation entitled “The Acts of the
Apostles” – blueprint for the Church of the future. This
presentation will be offered by Peter Avvento. All are
welcome.
th
Our series concludes on Monday, January 27 at 7PM in the
Social Hall with an “Open Mic Night”. Here is an opportunity
to ask those questions that you always wanted to ask. No
question is too trivial. Please join Peter Avvento for this open
and frank discussion.
