Waterfowl decoys may be in the water in all water series. Prizes Entries limited to 35 dogs each day. Spaniel breed entries received prior to June 1 will be given priority should entries exceed 35 dogs. Standard AKC Rosettes to all dogs receiving qualifying scores. Title Ribbons for all dogs that title. Entries will close at 7:00 PM EDT Wednesday, June 15, 2016 The running order draw will take place at 9:00 PM EDT, Wednesday June 15, 2016 at 186 Lowe Street, Leominster, MA Field Trial Headquarters Timberdoodle Club Requirements • • • PSSC requires all handlers to report to the line with drinking water for their dogs. The Patriot Sporting Spaniel Club and the AKC require wearing an article of blaze orange by all those in the field. A hat only is not sufficient. Severe training, correcting, or disciplining of any dog will not be allowed on the grounds. It is included in the entry fee. Emergency Information Completion of Entry Please complete a separate entry form for each dog and each day of entry. (Note the different event date and number on the separate form.) You may photocopy the blank forms to prepare multiple applications. If you are entering a dog in both events on the weekend, please enter the dog at the current competition level for both days. Dogs attaining titles on Saturday may be moved up to a higher class on Sunday by the owner. Please complete the “Total Enclosed” worksheet and submit it with your entry form(s) and check payment for the event. Refund Policy: Entry fees will be refunded if a dog is wounded or dies, or for any female in season at test time. Other refunds are at the discretion of the Hunt Test Committee. Patrons The cost of running a hunt test is assumed by the sponsoring club. Entry fees alone do not assure that the event will cover all of the club’s expenses. Members, owners of competing dogs, and other friends can become Patrons of the event. Each patron will be listed in the event catalogue.
