That means more than one million older people now bringing up their children’s children on their own. It is more important than ever for grandparents to refresh their parenting skills and to learn how to deal with raising a child in a new and ever-changing environment. To help you meet some of the challenges you may face, Englewood Hospital and Medical Center is offering a hands-on conference and luncheon for grandparents who are raising grandchildren.
