Laser Supplies
Vector Tables
The ideal tool for vector cutting, the vector grid reduces backside burning by lifting the material off
the table and supporting it on an aluminum honeycomb grid. The flow through ventilation below
helps prevents the build-up of smoke and heat making your laser perform at it’s optimum settings.
By using a vector table you will help achieve crisp edges because the beam passes completely
through the material. Tables come in various sizes and are easily removed from the machine. All
sizes are equipped with 1/2” lifting blocks to allow Vector Table to sit flush at the origin of your
laser tables. Horizontal and vertical scales are provided with 1/16” divisions.

Tacky Mat is a polymer with self-sticking properties. Just lay your engraving stock or Plexiglas on your new Tacky Mat
enhanced table and start engraving. The space-aged sticky surface of the Tacky Mat will firmly hold just about any flat
material in place, without leaving a sticky residue.

When you need to make a hole in the corner of a plate, you usually have to spend a considerable amount of time measuring to insure correct positioning. Change the distance from corner or edge on the next job and the routine starts all
over again. What if it was as easy as, falling off a log? Now it is just that easy, with our new Corner/Edge Drilling
Fixture, coupled with a dedicated bench drill press. A simple drill press can be purchased for under $70. Set it up
permanent for just this purpose. Edge/Corner settings are 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", and 1-1/8”. Accomplish
1/16" increments very easy with 1/16" thick insert - see lower left picture. Note the ability to stack parts up to 3/4" thick.

Industrial Beveler
The Q1E Industrial Bevelers feature a super quiet, heavy-duty motor mounted on a super solid base, smooth SST
sliding surface and switched AC power outlet for easy integration with a vacuum chip removal system. The Q1E
quiet industrial beveler is designed for continuous operation and can be used on all engraving stock up to 1/4”
thick. It has a maximum chamfer of 3/16” and a large 4" x 16" table. Cutter provided 11/64" x 4.25" x 45° 3 fluted
for the 11/64” version and 1/4" x 4.25" x 45° 3 fluted for the 1/4” version.

For those of you that don’t use a nose to engrave, this is a must!
When you engrave, do you cut a proper depth in some areas but hardly scratch the surface in others? Chances are,
your table is not level. Even with a nose, variations of greater than .020" are hard to compensate for. The more your
table is out of level, more compression is necessary to achieve consistent engraving depth. If your table is as much
as .020" off, think of the amount of compression you’re putting on the nose. Also, remember the harder you push,
the heavier your ghosting. Your spindle also has to travel .020" further than it needs to on every downstroke—this
means time, which equals money.

Race through a snapshot of all your TrueType fonts. Type in text or bring in a
bitmap and watch as the program helps you make the perfect match. Great

Instantly calculates how many parts can be cut from a piece of material, and

Text Editor
A great easy to use text editor. Especially nice that it
opens with the last text file edited, ready to go. Also good to alter font and

MiniCalc A simple calculator to help you figure out just the basics.

Heated Pen Foil Marking
A heated pen can now be mounted into your flatbed (rotary) engraver that will allow you to easily foil mark many
substrates. These include pictures, plastic, leather, paper, parchment, certain types of cloth, and graphite fishing
rods and golf clubs. This kit can be used alone to mark articles by hand or with an adapter to fit to an engraver for
those of us with handwriting not the best.

Quality One offers repair services for most older computerized engravers. Repairs are based on time
and materials. Repairs and diagnostics down to chip level—not just board level.

Highly-Trained Technicians
Our staff of highly trained service personnel are able to
repair just about any engraving machine down to the chip
level. They can quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and
repair your machine either here in the Q1E repair facility or
on-site at your shop. You must understand, that there will
be instances that components are not available or can not
be repaired. These are things out of our control.
Spindle Repairs
Expert repairs and quick turn-around time. Loaner spindles
are often available.

If we don’t have it in stock, we can either get it or make it.
We stock a wide assortment of new and used parts

not sharpen burnishers, Braille dot, or parallel cutters.

charges will be added to your invoice. Drop shipments or special order of non-stock

Return Goods Authorization:
Merchandise will not be accepted without authorization from a Q1E service representative. Notify our business department with an itemized list of products, invoice number and reason for the return. Returned goods will be subject to a 10-25% restocking
charge. No return authorization or credit will be granted after 30 days of invoice date,
or for returned product that is not in resalable condition.
All authorized merchandise returns must be sent to Quality One Engravers in Rancho
Cucamonga, CA.

A service charge of $50.00 will be assessed for any check returned by your bank.
A service charge on overdue accounts will be assessed at the rate of 1 1/2% per
month (equivalent to 18% per year).
Special order or drop shipped items cannot be cancelled once production has started
or parts have shipped, and are non-refundable.
Large orders for custom cut, fabricated, or special order material may require a down
payment prior to processing the order.
Shipping:
Shipments are via United Parcel Service and Motor Truck. All orders will be shipped
by the lowest cost surface transportation, usually UPS if weight is permissible (unless
other arrangements have been approved). Whenever possible, stock orders are
shipped within 24 hours after they are received.
