DIRECTIONS There are 33,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. As signified by the motto Service Above Self, Rotary’s main objective is service — in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world. From I-310, cross Hale Boggs Mississippi River Bridge, exit at Hwy 18- River Road (Exit #7 *Luling/Hahnville ) on Westside down ramp of bridge. The Bridge park is directly below the bridge on your left. ROTARY CLUB OF ST. CHARLES PARISH ALLIGATOR FESTIVAL ENTRY FEES The Alligator Festival is the primary fundraiser for the Rotary Club of St. Charles Parish for over 30 years. It started as a small event in the parking lot of a local country club and has continued to expand through the years. Today, the festival is known nationwide and hosts thousands of visitors every September from all over the USA and some from around the world. The festival funds 10 College Scholarships annually to students from both of the St. Charles Parish High Schools--Destrehan High School and Hahnville High School. Proceeds from the Alligator Festival also fund a host of projects locally, nationally, and internationally. The Alligator Festival is now held at the Westbank Bridge Park, which is located under the Hale Boggs Bridge in Luling, LA. Come join us and pass a good time for a good cause! COURSE 5K trail run/walk along the scenic Mississippi River on the newly paved levee pathway.
