BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD (psalm 46:10) Retreat
August 27th
Jubilee Room
9am – noon
Nothing is more important that spending time with God. In today’s world, nothing is more difficult. We need to
unplug from the distractions and the noise of daily living. We need time for our soul to relax and unwind. Come
spend some time with the one who loves you at this silent retreat on Mary’s Assumption into Heaven. The
Blessed Virgin Mary led a life full of suffering. But she never let that suffering obscure her faith in God. She
always stayed faithful to God, because she knew that God is faithful and trustworthy, even though she didn’t
always understand everything God was doing. The morning begins with reflections from Fr. John Bartunek, LC via
DVD with periods of silence for personal prayer and reflection and concludes with a Holy Hour of prayer before
the Blessed Sacrament.
No fee or registration. For further information please call Coleen 902 742-4924 or Helen 902 742-6216
Our sympathy is extended to the families and friends
of
Joseph Henry Muise, F. “Freddie” Joseph Doucette
and John David Nause.
