VENDOR FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
*(Please note we only have enough space for 6 not for profit groups and acceptance will be on a first come basis.)

Note that all registrations must be confirmed by the ABIA office and all vendor payments received in advance. All payments are non-refundable. Any payments
made less than 1 week prior to the event must be in the form of cash, or money order.

Participants are required to provide their own tables, hydro, chairs, and coverings. Vendors will be advised of site allocation prior to the event.
Load in is available from 6:30AM to 9AM on the day of event and must be complete by 9AM sharp that same day, No vehicles are permitted on the Site after such
time, The event will proceed rain or shine. Vendor take down time is 6pm sharp and vendors must be off the street by 7 pm but not before 6 pm.
