Successful Start to the Dementia Stations In Memory Support Ribbons & Reminiscing Following the 6 hours of dementia training that all employees of Heritage of Bel-Air completed, the first memory station was set up in Memory Support. Ribbons of all shapes, textures, and sizes were displayed in boxes and baskets. The table was covered in bright colorful material to attract the residents. The ladies spent time unrolling and feeling the ribbon as well as reminiscing. The residents educated the younger employees of the proper terminology and uses of the different types of ribbons. Dear Bel-Air Family, Thank you for your tender loving care of my mother (Lucille Wingate). She depended on you for dressing, cooking, cleaning, cares, and support. You truly were caretakers and she loved you. Virg & Betty Jane Froehlich Bel-Air Staff, We can’t thank you enough for the excellent care George had in his brief stay at your facility. The friendly atmosphere, caring nurses, and aides, Dr. Harper and Jeanne Suehl were great. It made it all easier for our family. God bless you all.
