Successful Start to the Dementia Stations In Memory Support
Ribbons & Reminiscing
Following the 6 hours of dementia training that all
employees of Heritage of Bel-Air completed, the
first memory station was set up in Memory Support.
Ribbons of all shapes, textures, and sizes were displayed in boxes and baskets. The table was covered
in bright colorful material to attract the residents.
The ladies spent time unrolling and feeling the ribbon as well as reminiscing. The residents educated
the younger employees of the proper terminology
and uses of the different types of ribbons. What a
success!!!

Dear Bel-Air Family,
Thank you for your tender loving care
of my mother (Lucille Wingate). She
depended on you for dressing, cooking, cleaning, cares, and support.
You truly were caretakers and she
loved you.
Virg & Betty Jane Froehlich
Bel-Air Staff,
We can’t thank you enough for the
excellent care George had in his brief
stay at your facility. The friendly
atmosphere, caring nurses, and aides,
Dr. Harper and Jeanne Suehl were
great. It made it all easier for our
family.
God bless you all.
Janice Jaeger & Family
Thank you so much for the thoughtful
& kind care for my mother (Pauline
Fauss) has been given this past year,
as well as my father (Norris Fauss).
It was fitting that dad passed on at
Bel-Air—his home away from home.
Your kind compassionate staff made
it so much easier to bear.
Suzanne Raeside
Kathy Goodwater
Lanny Fauss
Thank you so much for the beautiful
flowers, kind words, and support from
everyone at the home.
Janice, Deb, & Kelvin Doerr
It was so nice of many to come for
mom’s (Jacky Doughty) funeral. It
meant so much to me to have her there.
Your staff is wonderful and so serving. We will never forget their
thoughtfulness and kind hearts during
mom’s last days.
Our love to all of you.
Dan, Dick, Jan Doughty Burda &
Family
To the Primrose staff~
Thank you so much for your kind
hearts and caring souls in taking care
of mom (Jacky Doughty) these past
few years. ALL of you were so good to
mom and the rest of the residents at
Heritage. We so appreciated your
love and kindness to her. We will
never forget you and all that you did to
help mom on her good and difficult
days. It takes SPECIAL people like
your staff to take care of the residents
with special needs.
Thank you for your love.
Jan Doughty & Family
I want to thank all of you for your
kindness and good care. God go with
you.
God Bless
