District Early Dismissals provide time for teacher training and collaboration between schools. Students are released at 12:17 pm and a take-n-go lunch is served. For a required course, though, it can be a problem. Enter Credit Recovery. Credit Recovery is an opportunity for students to retake a course to earn credits for graduation. APEX, the on-line credit recovery program, offers core courses and limited electives required for graduation. The curriculum engages all students along the entire learning spectrum, from those who learn quickly to those who struggle. To ensure that students are grasping key concepts and to be successful in their course, students are required to complete written assignments, quizzes, and tests with a minimum of 70% or better. Students have 18 weeks to complete their course. They work independently, and at their own pace. Our credit recovery specialist Kerri Ulch provides help to struggling students, as well as help to guide accelerating students. With Credit Recovery, students can maintain progress towards graduation. Work Experience We welcome our new Job Coach, Becky Briggs!
