Raccoons
There have been many sightings of raccoons during the daytime hours which is
not the normal. There are a few reasons
this could be happening.
The animal could be rabid. If it is acting
erratically call the city animal control.
The reason our CC&R’s specify NO
birdfeeders is because they attract
squirrels—which are food for raccoons—which are food for alligators.
Get the picture??
Raccoons will come out during the day
for easy food (squirrels raiding bird
feeders) and they develop no fear of
humans. Not a good thing. Hopefully
they don’t take a liking to your attic!
Get rid of the bird feeders folks…...

Volunteers Needed
Clubhouse Renovations
Aldo Marino is asking for volunteers to
help him do repair and maintenance of
the community irrigation systems. Aldo
and his committee members keep the
irrigation systems working properly
around the clubhouse, the entrance
area and other green belt areas in the
community.
The scope of the work is to repair damaged sprinkler heads and make other
routine maintenance repairs. The efforts of these men is just one more
reason our association fees stay so
low.
If you would like to help these men in
this endeavor please call Aldo at 3040268.
If you have not yet seen the clubhouse facelift you will be pleasantly
surprised. The interior has been
painted, retiled, bathrooms updated,
new paddle fans (not remote controlled) exterior motion sensitive lighting, new front doors, and new carpet.
Still to come are the kitchen upgrades: new counter tops, new sink
& faucet, and new stainless steel
appliances.
All this was done and came in under
budget.
Great job, Jane Taylor, Michele and
Kevin Menard, George Smith and
Tom Gumkowski..

changes are made to your property! Strictly enforced
