Guadalajara Guadalajara is the cradle of all that represents Mexican culture internationally, such as mariachi music, cowboys and tequila. Its metropolitan area extends to the municipalities of Tlaquepaque where travelers can buy handicrafts; Tonalá, the pottery center of Jalisco; and Zapopan, the most economically and commercially developed municipality. The three “Magical Towns” of Tequila, Mazamitla y Tapalpa are also nearby. Where is it?
