Charter Night 2016 heralded completion of 41 years for Rotary Club of Delhi Midtown.Due to a coincidence 18th
March 2016 happened to be a Friday. The celebrations started at 8pm. The occasion saw a good turnout of
members, especially of Past Presidents.
RCDM President Rtn Bharat R.Joshi extended a warm welcome to all the members and their spouses present.
The club has many leaders both past and future among its members. At every weekly meeting there are the elders
to advise the later and younger members including the office bearers on the way forward. The legacy enjoyed
thanks to the contribution of Past Presidents has made us ready to achieve even greater heights.
The meeting started with the President first remembering departed PP & Senior Rotarians, two of whom we lost
during the past month.
President Rtn Bharat R. Joshi mentioned many
Past Presidents who like others members of the
Club are leaders in their respective professions
including Industry, Art & Culture, Judicial and
Medical fraternity. This experience is manifest in
many ways including the resounding success of
the oral hygiene camp held on Sunday the 13th
March at Bibipur village. The medical and
administrative inputs provided by Rtn Dr. R.K.
Bali along with his team witnessed an
overwhelming response from the inhabitants of
the village.
