Looks as if we might get some summer after all. Our clean up weekend was successful. Many thanks to those who worked so hard on the gardens and planters. The
gardens seem to be doing very well. Also, thanks to those who worked in the club
house getting things cleaned and organized for our next event. The kitchen help
was great . Sue had lunch very well organized.
Please make sure you contact me to reserve for our Surf and Turf which is usually
well attended and lots of good food!
If you wish to contribute any articles , boating items for sale, things of interest.....please let
me know.

Commodore's Report
Our May cleanup and pot luck was a grand success. Thanks to the many members that
attended. A big thank-you goes out to you all as many hands seems to make less work.
The food was top shelf as usual.
Our next event will be the Surf and Turf on the 15th. Hope to see you all there.
As we swing into summer and some serious boating we will continue to work on some
small projects. If you see anything that needs attention or have any questions or
concerns, please make contact with myself or any of the club executive.
Safe and happy boating.

Vice Commodore's Report
The club is running pretty smooth these days. I hope everyone is enjoying the better
weather. We have a few more items we would like to complete and then let's go boating. Enjoy your summer.

Rear Commodore's Report
The boating season, warm weather, and smooth waters....what more can we ask for at a place
known as Marble Cove. To us it's almost paradise. Well I said almost! There is work needed
to be done to the docks such as cleats, walking boards and so on. Well with a little help from the
tenant at a berth with a missing cleat, we should get some replaced.
There are still a few boats in the wrong berths.
I will be contacting the captains to have them properly replaced.
On June 22nd. 12:00 pm, In Shore Rescue has been invited on the docks for a volunteer
inspection only and to answer any questions you may ask.
If you do not want them to check your safety gear, this is not a problem, they will not ask to
inspect. They are only there as a courtesy.
So may we all have smooth waters and warm weather, safe boating everyone.
