• Size of booklet and card insert must be smaller than the magazine.
• Design and layout for Regular Size and Pocket Size should be equivalent. Advertisers are required to submit
materials for Regular Size only. Submitted materials will be automatically reduced in proportion by 20% to fit the
Pocket Size Cosmo.
• Advertisers who wish to submit Pocket Size materials separately should notify Cosmo’s advertising department and
seek written approval in advance (in case of slight differentiation in font or logo sizes).
• Bookings for fixed position advertisements are non-cancellable. In the event of the Advertiser or the Advertising
Agency cancelling his advertisement, the Advertiser or the Advertising Agency shall be fully liable to pay the
Publisher for all rates and charges in respect of the uncompleted portion of the advertising services under
the contract.
• ROP advertisements may be cancelled or postponed in writing before the booking deadline. The Publisher reserves
the right to bill for any difference in frequency discounts arising from such cancellations or postponements.
• All advertising bookings shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Advertising Contract.
