WARNING: This game may make you smarter. It
may improve your speaking, writing and grades.
We have discovered a great new online game for you to
play that will increase your vocabulary and feed the hungry at the same time. Go to www.freerice.com and start
playing by clicking on the answer that best defines the
word. If you get it right, you get a harder word, if you get
it wrong, you get an easier word. Each word equals 20
grains of rice, 5 words equals 100 grains of rice. All the
rice goes to the UN Hunger Program to feed the hungry
around the world. It may not sound like a lot, but remember, you are not the only one playing. In its first five
months freerice generated enough rice to feed more than
one million people.
