Our upcoming January Social at THE CYPRESS OF CHARLOTTE promises to be a wonderful opportunity for you to get caught up with colleagues and friends after the busy holidays. Shirley & Bob Ivey have coordinated a wonderful evening, and I hope everyone will make an effort to attend! Please keep in mind that your reservation and payment is due in advance. Details are on the front page. With this New Year also comes several changes in our chapter leadership. Upon request from the Executive Board, Dr. Gay Pappin has agreed to serve as our chapter’s Interim Treasurer for the remainder of this program year. Many of you will recall Dr. Pappin’s tremendous leadership as our chapter dean several years ago. She brings skillful organization, wisdom and dedication to this responsibility, and I am grateful for her willingness to serve in this capacity. Finally, please submit information for recitals, programs, and worship opportunities for inclusion in our chapter newsletter each month. Chapter members want to support the great things happening in the community. The newsletter is a wonderful resource to let members know about your offerings!
